I’m mostly getting delivery from this location. The fried food arrives remarkably still somewhat crispy, despite my low expectations. Unfortunately the sandwiches are sent out with less enthusiasm and this last go has me determined to avoid their offerings. Not only was the $14 cheesesteak tiny, but they completely forgot to add the the dip. Stick to the boneless wings and onion rings. The rest is literally throwing your money away

HOLLY SPRINGS LOCATION
Despite being posted all all over the Internet, including military websites, that we could dine in or take out, we were told we had to sit in to grab our FREE Veterans meal. I mentioned it, but she didn’t care, saying she didn’t know what was online. In fact, feel free to check because it’s absolutely still listed that we had 2 options. Because the food is pretty good, this is one of those places that I would visit just to hang out and watch sports. Despite that, I watched in shock while the cashier at the counter literally turned away customers, many who were elderly, as she continued to tell that same lie over and over again. Meanwhile, that restaurant was practically empty! I rated the Habanero Mango Wings a 4, because they were tasty, but to treat a Veteran, or any customer the way we/they were treated on November 11 2025 was atrocious. This is not quality service at all. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings in Holly Springs.

Buffalo Wild Wings is taking their name too seriously. Emphasis on the WILD.
Upon arrival at our table I was unsure if I was at a frat house or a restaurant… still unsure. The speaker volume was horrendous. My watch continuously warned me that I was in a loud environment throughout my entire meal… didn’t need a watch to tell me that, but I appreciated the validation. I asked the waiter (he was great) if the volume could be turned down, he said “no, it’s a new corporate policy.”
Are the Nelk boys now in corporate for BWW? There’s no reason for the volume to be at that level.
Everything else was wonderful. Great food. Great service. Just bad audio.
I would come here again but I will need to bring ear plugs.

Food was 25 minutes late than expected on an app order. Did not receive any sauces, ranches, celery/carrots, or salsa for the chips.
Chips were stale and tasteless (somehow worse than dollar store chips?), fries were underwhelming and forgot the added seasonings. Boneless wings were mid at best, slightly dry and covered by an overly salted sauce to mask the flavor.
Burger patties were leathery & underseasoned. Barely any flavor. The buns were also a little tough, most likely stale. I’d question the freshness of any of the ingredients and would argue for anyone concerned about freshness not to come here.
Update: Have not received any update on my refund. After calling and requesting a refund on Saturday, they assured me they’d be in contact with me that night to receive a gift card (actual refunds ‘take a while’ so, whatever). I have yet to receive any contact. Assume this place is a sham.

Ordered 2 cheesecakes for pickup (no caramel sauce, wish they had strawberry as an option). $6.99 each (with tip over $17 for the order). Wait time for service was 8 minutes (even though my order was ready behind the counter).
Got home and found a HAIR in my piece of cheesecake! Nasty.
Spending this much on 2 slices of cheesecake to have 1 piece inedible….. I should have just bought a full cheesecake at the grocery store.

Went inside the restaurant and we waited almost 10mins for our server to attend us while we were waiting i noticed other people came in and got attend within less then 2 mins . I had to get up from my booth and look for whoever was going to serve us. I shouldn’t have to do that . Finally got served but the server asked three times what we ordered, instead she shouldve wrote it down . Smh… needs to do better job . This is probably last time I am coming here.

Went in on a Thursday night not super busy. Sign at the front said seat yourself will be right with you. Had a seat at a high top near the bar. 3 employees walked past me nobody said a thing nobody acknowledged me no menu no water. I will not be back to this location

We usually enjoy BWW. Tonight, we read closing was midnight, so we went in for a late dinner at 10. The food was good, we ordered wings, a couple of burgers & stuffed tots. The service was terrible – almost non-existent. Staff were more interested in vacuuming and hanging out at the bar than actually working. We will never go back to that location. Shame.
