18 open tables at Buffalo wild wings in Beckley and we have been here an hour waiting for food, have seen our waitress 2 times and others in our section have been waiting longer with young children! That’s unacceptable and for the price we are paying for this meal it’s not worth coming here. I recommend they find a manager that keeps the waitresses moving and the back cooking instead of just walking around.

WORST. Took 25 minutes to even get seated. And there was hardly anybody in there. No line! The food was COLD & my onion rings were SO greasy and burnt. Waitress send it back and I believe all they did was stick it in the microwave. Got my same food back. It was terrible.

Extremely slow service tonight. Waitress took over 45 minutes to get our sodas and an hour for our beer. Appetizers came out before we even got our drinks. Server was rude and never acknowledged drinks taking so long or food and never apologized. Orders were incorrect but she ran away so fast we couldn’t even return any of it. She never asked how our food was because if she did we would have told her the wings were too tuff and unenjoyable. Dr. Pepper was flat. I could go on. And on. Never will be back. Wasn’t even packed for this kind of wait.

Everytime I come to get food they are slow. I’ve been at the restaurant waiting for almost a hour on a call in order that was called in 30 minutes before I left and it took over 20 minutes travel time to get here. The main hostess seriously needs to brush her hair. This location is ridiculous

Came here for lunch on a weekend to try it because I’ve never been here before. The waitress was very polite and checked up on us frequently, so we didn’t have a lot of empty dishes lying on the table. I’ve got to say that their wings are probably the best I’ve ever had, and my wife got a burger that was really, really good too! The fries were only ok, but still a good experience overall. I’ve always heard that it was a bit pricey, but for what we got (taco appetizer, small order of wings, and the burger), it’s not bad. You’ll be spending around the same or more at other places in the area and get the same portion sizes. We’re not fans of the sportsball, but it looks like this place is jam packed during sportsball seasons. We will definitely be coming back later.

The restaurant needs new management if there is management. There were maybe 25 people in the restaurant and the hostess told us it would be 10 minutes so they could clean the tables. Half of the tables were still dirty. We waited 15 minutes and walked out.
