Our bartender/server Hunter is the best around. Soo friendly and welcoming. Great customer service and keeps us coming back. He even puts up with my husband, which says a lot.

We generally eat here about once a month. For whatever reason the service has gone way downhill in the last couple trips. Last time it took over an hour to get served cold food. Tonight no refills, wrong order served initially. Once the correct food came everyone’s drinks were empty but when we asked for refills they never came. If Travis is your server it’s a great place, otherwise good luck.

Food is just okay, rarely ever impressed and tonight is just more of the same old. Ordered takeout and the boneless wings were cold by the time I got home. Some of the bites it was clear they were freezer burnt or just sitting out all day. Would love to see the quality get back to where it was 15 years ago. Inside was pretty nice but exterior area is a bit sketchy, decent place to snag a beer or watch a sports game. Not a great takeout location or experience

We went here for the endless appetizer promotion and saw the beer cheese cheesesteak and decided to order it as well. Appetizers were good but this sandwich should be sued for calling itself a cheesesteak. While staff and manager were professional, the manager said corporate makes them portion out the steak in small portions and they couldn’t do anything about it. This isn’t even mentioning the issue with the lack of cheese and it missing the grilled onions. I understand portion size and that it’s not going to look exactly like the picture, but this is absolutely pathetic. Next time I’ll stick to ordering wings from the wing place.

I placed an take out order. I arrived and my order was not ready when I arrived. My order came out; I paid and left. I do not understand for the life of me, why is everything cold. I feel like they gave me someone else’s left over order. I take full responsibility for this disastrous meal. I should have took heed to the many many negative reviews. Somehow I believed I would be special and my order would be hot and fresh. Avoid avoid avoid. A waste of money

Hunter was such a great bartender! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really made us feel welcome at the bar. He was quick with drinks, checked in often, and kept everything running smoothly even when it got busy. His positive attitude and chill vibe made the whole experience better. We’ll definitely be back to sit at the bar with him again!

I came in, sat down, and waited about 5 minutes with no server. Then someone approached me and moved me to a table in the aisle, where people were constantly walking back and forth. I waited another 5–7 minutes for a server.
Eventually, someone took my order and brought me a drink, which I didn’t even touch because I was waiting for my food. I waited 25 minutes in that aisle seat extremely uncomfortable.
In the end, I couldn’t take it anymore and just left. That’s where my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings ended. Very disappointing service. This was on a Thursday I can’t even imagine what it’s like on weekends.
I can’t say anything about the food, because it was never brought.

Got a takeout order today. Big mistake! 1st off didn’t receive the celery and carrots we asked for. 2nd the wings were very small. They did give extra I suppose they knew they were small. But that didn’t make up for the fact that they were way over done. Also found 2 wing tips in the box. Probably the worst wings I have ever had. This is the 3rd time they forgot the celery. 3 strikes and your out. Never again

ordered 10 count boneless and over half of them were tiny. like fit 2 in your mouth at once tiny. iv eaten walmart frozen chicken nuggets that were bigger. flavor was good though, came out fast. I remember back in the day when 1 boneless wing was worth 2, sometimes 3 bites

50/50. Hit or a miss. Half of the time something is missing or cold. Love our usual waiter who works the bar and serves as well. Very sweet & great energy and always fixes our issues when there is some! Love the cocktails. Recently came a few days ago, not sure why someone who was clearly 70 yrs old in our party, who wanted a beer, had to show ID in case it was expired or they couldn’t get a drink … usually if they are clearly in the elderly stage of life no ID is needed, but i can see asking for ID but if their ID was expired they wouldn’t be able to get the beer regardless if they were way over 21 (which would make sense but they were CLEARLY over 21…) Just seems very odd. This wasn’t in our usual section or our usual waiter either. Kinda disappointing.
