This is the best chicken that I’ve truly ever . I’m from Columbia, South Carolina this is my very first time in Virginia and I’ve never take any other chicken like this one. I got the brown sugar heat traditional wings. And let me tell you it’s the best that I’ve ever put in my mouth. I’ll most definitely be going to get more before I head back out to SC

Went in and satisfied a craving for a really good burger.
One thing I noticed immediately though was the smell. Nothing offensive or smelled like bad food but it just smelled old. It smelled like the landlord hasn’t been keeping up with essential maintenance. I’m sure the kitchen and the service areas were fine, it wasn’t that kind of smell, just like an old neglected building.

Visited this location for the first time.
The atmosphere was that of a sports bar/ family restaurant, there was plenty of seating options including bar seating.
Our server Samantha was amazingggg..
Once we sat down she offered quick service and suggested drink/food options.
Everything came out promptly even with the dinner crowd(kudos to the cook for speedy service.)
Food was NOT a wow…. my son ordered the All American Burger with Fries and mozzarella sticks as his appetizer.
I had chips and salsa for my appetizer(please avoid these the chips are so plain that it throws off the taste completely)
I also tried the Asian Zing wings(these were the only highlight of the whole meal)
I also ordered the brisket street tacos(please save yourself the money.)

I had a mixed experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location.
Our server, Samantha, was very nice and sweet. She made sure we were taken care of and got everything right. Her customer service was top tier, and I really appreciated her attitude and attentiveness.
However, when the food was brought out, Haley (not sure of the spelling) made a smart comment and did not speak to us respectfully. In customer service, it’s important to know how to communicate with people and control your tone, regardless of frustrations. On top of that, there was constant screaming and yelling in the back, which was rude and disruptive while trying to enjoy our meal.
On a positive note, Varyn (not sure of the spelling) and Samantha both provided excellent customer service and stood out in a good way.

Picked up a to go order on the way home from work…was a few minutes early. Order was ready as promised. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Unfortunately regarding our order the fries seemed a day old and none of my drinks came with my order…on the 6 for 20 deal. Just a bummer….no tip…but shorted me 12 bucks worth of drinks…

Went here recently for dinner. They seem to have improved since my last review. I really enjoyed their smash burger and the wings were good, albeit the hot sauce was a little vinegary for my taste. Service was good, although it wasn’t crowded at all. We did have to get a fresh order of fries because our initial order was lukewarm, but that wasn’t an issue.

Waited nearly an hour for food. Ended up having to get it taken to-go. They claimed that “the kitchen was backed up” but everyone else was getting food, even a party of 4 that came in after us got their food before us, but it wasn’t packed. Maybe 5-8 parties total. Changed the story of what they were waiting on the entire time. Not sure what their problem was but never again.

WAST OF TIME. Just came in and asked for a table for 4, At first we were taken to the bar side, I said we had 2 kids and asked if we could sit on the other side. I got an eye roll and was taken back over to the other side and the waitress / hostess just threw the menus on the table and walked away. We sat there for 15 mins, NOBODY came over to take our drink order or acknowledge us and we watched another party of 5 come in and they were seated on the same side as us by another host. We then watched the girl that seated us WALK right over to their table to take their drink order! We got up and left, we will not be coming back to this location again. Absolutely ridiculous that the person who seated us went to another table before ours. We were there first. Will be going out of our way to Colonial Heights in the future.

So I usually eat here A LOT! Only thing I despise is I get a certain flavor of boneless wings and 75% of the time I get some with no garlic Parmesan sauce. My friends could barely tell what flavor it was. Hate leave reviews like this but when I constantly order a certain flavor and barely get what I asked it’s pretty annoying. If it happened here and there it wouldn’t be bad but 75% is a bit much. I shouldn’t have to call and ask “can you add the appropriate amount of sauce to my order”

If I could give a 0, I would. We took my 97 year old dad to the restaurant to watch the Steeler game. The manager told the hostess to seat us at a table and we asked if a booth was available. They moved us. The server came over and asked for a drink order but when dad couldn’t hear she rolled her eyes and acted completely unprofessional. Once the games started, we realized that dad could not see the game. The manager said they could not move us to one of the open tables or change one of the many tv screens to the game. The manager said he only had party tables left (where he originally told the hostess to seat us) but we couldn’t have one. So they may have made more money today but we, including the other 18 local members of my family, will never be back. I hope you make the same decision today after reading this.
