Service is always extremely slow, waited for a refill for over 10 minutes. Rarely checked up on and there’s only three couples in the waiters section and the food takes forever to come out, ordered dessert ahead to accommodate for how long it takes and still waited over 15 mins. Carry out orders also take forever with nobody as a greeter/cashier. the bathrooms are also horrendous with the floors being sticky and the plethora skid marks on the toilet seats

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My order was ready right on time, and everything was perfectly packed…nothing was missing. The wings were delicious and just the way I like them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great wings and excellent service with no hassle. Will definitely be ordering again!

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. We sat ourselves in the bar area where several big screen TVs were playing a variety of sports and news. Our server, Trinity came to our table almost immediately to greet us with a smile. Even though she was feeling under the weather, she gave excellent customer service. She was very attentive to our needs and brought item to our table without us having to ask. Our order was correct and our food was prepared to our expectations. Easy check out with the QR code on the table.

Pro Tip: SIT AT THE BAR.
My husband and I have been coming to this place forever and its always been great, HOWEVER tonight we sat in the bar area instead of the bar and the following occurred:
1. Waiter came by, took our drink and appetizer order, said he would bus the table because it was dirty. 20 minutes later:
– Did not bus table
– Runner brought drinks
– Runner brought appetizers.
– No silverware no napkins, dirty table.
2. After waiting about 10 more minutes for the waiter to come back we finally got napkins and silverware and a wipe down. Ordered fresh drinks and entree (20 wings and fries + sauces)
3. 45 minutes later no food.
4. At this point every single table has their food and we’d been forgotten. The waiter came by and told us “they’re tossing your wings now” and I politely informed him we had to leave. He forgot that we even had fries, went back and got them and the tab.
No apology was given about the wait. The waiter never even stopped by our table to explain what was happening. Still tipped him but will NEVER recommend sitting with this server again.
Long story short we waited for a total of 90 minutes for 1 platter of chicken wings and a side of fries. Don’t sit in the bar area, sit at the bar.

Edit: unfortunately orders are getting worse at this location. If you order 2 separate flavors they they will by some magic be a conglomerate of the two flavors. My wife doesn’t eat spicy wings and her lemon pepper dry rub is COATED with my spicy garlic sauce. They looked coated and then rinsed or wiped off instead of remade. Wife’s meal is ruined.
Don’t bother ordering from this location. Their delivered food versus their in-house food is night and day. This is the second time I’ve ordered out Lemon Pepper Dryrub wings and it comes with almost no seasoning. Just old oil flavored wings. And to top it off, it had more hot sauce hidden underneath the wings.

I don’t get it. No matter the day or time carry out orders will never be ready. I arrived 20-30 minutes after my estimated 45 minute wait. Knowing it would probably not be ready. And ended up waiting about 45 more minutes to get a very basic order. I never understand why this buffalo wild wings can never get anything right. It’s not a surprise that there’s 75% of the tables empty. I miss the days when people would go to Buffalo wild wings. but the store is a perfect example of why people quit.

Food is always good. However when picking up an order late night. They don’t acknowledge you at all. The girl ran to the back when I came to pick up my order. Then came out with another order a few minutes later when I turned to her she hurried to the back again. So I grabbed my bag and left. Acknowledge your customers folks. The two people at the bar looked up at me and then back down at what ever they were doing.

Hostess had a completely rude and negative attitude.( if you would like details I’d be happy to provide those for you) I understand sometimes people have bad days but she is acting as the face and mouthpiece of your restaurant and I wouldn’t even employee someone with that cancerous attitude to back off house let alone the front. I haven’t stopped into a BW3 in about a year and now I will never be going back. Enjoy the bankruptcy. I now understand part of the reason for the struggle within your company.

I went during the late afternoon, so 4pm give or take. It was not super busy at all. But it was super slow. One hostess and one waitress who was working the dining room and bar. I dont know if the kitchen was short staffed but they were slow too. But slow in the sense my food was not hot. It for sure sat for a while before coming out.
Kids thought the buffalo sauce was good while I feel the Nashville hot can be hotter, it was sweet and not up to expectations. Ill come back but it wont be a first choice.
