The food quality was extremely poor. Staff attempted to claim that it took me over an hour to pick up my order, which was completely untrue. When I arrived, my burger had slid off the bottom bun and simply did not look appetizing. I asked for it to be remade, and the hostess initially obliged.
Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. The burger was merely restacked, and the same tater tots were dropped again instead of being remade properly. After I arrived home, I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Sam, who tried to misrepresent the situation by again stating it had been over an hour…. despite that not being the case. The order was closed out after the so-called remake, shifting blame rather than taking accountability.
I am completely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the level of service. I hadn’t eaten at BBW in years, and this experience clearly reminded me why. I will not be returning.

I’m not sure what happened with the previous customer’s reviews but we surely had a different experience. Food was fine, service was good and no issues with the bathrooms. Healthy food options are limited here, this is your American Fun Food. It tastes good but it’s not good for you. Lots of sauce varieties for sauce lovers. Large portion sizes. People don’t come here to eat healthy, they come here to have a fun tasty meal. It’s a great place for sports entertainment. The pictures show the following: kids chicken tender meal, boneless wings with different sauces, the Triple Bacon Burger, cheese curd appetizer, and the Buffalo Chicken Tots appetizer. We enjoy coming here when we can!!

Our first visit. Just passing through the area, and stopped for a moment to relax. Food was very good! Our waitress, Maddison, was super nice, and helped us make our choices with spot on recommendations. She was attentive and really kind. We look forward to returning soon.

Never received straws or utensils, server interacted with us at a bare minimum (took order, served food, grabbed plates, gave checks) while being attentive with other customers and providing them their utensils and straws. I understand my friend and I are teenagers and there’s stigma, but that’s no reason to ignore us. Food was good.
Edited review. Your waitress added 5 dollars to her tip making my total 19 dollars. The 2.77 I wrote down was generous enough for her bitchy behavior and she adds five extra dollars? If you’re that desperate for money maybe be a bit nicer.

Our waiter, Bill, was phenomenal! He was super busy with it being Football Sunday but kept up with each table and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our meal. Fantastic meal and drinks! Great job Bill! We will be back.

Saturday, half packed at best. Was seated around 2:30 pm. Nobody came to even take our drinks for over 20 mins. Watched someone that came after us get their drinks and orders. We walked out.

We took the family here for lunch today and had Angela as our server. She was incredible but I noticed she was triple sat as soon as our food arrived. She did a fantastic job at juggling it. It was impressive. However at that time the manager Jonathan (jt) was standing around. We realized they forgot my husbands bacon on his burger so i politely told him my server was doing her best juggling all the tables she was sat with literally at the same time and asked if it was possible he could grab it for us. We were met with a rude sigh and was told to give him a few minutes. He proceeded to stand around. He didnt go to the back but to carru a cup at a time to dish then just stood there looking miserable. For over 15 minutes we waited. Angela got back to us as soon as she could and was happy to grab it for us. I was extremely disappointed in the managers attitude and dismissive tone. His servers were behind and he didnt do a thing to help. By the time he got his bacon we were all done eating. I appreciate how sweet, apologetic and hard working Angela was but as far as managment that day, I’ve never dealt with that kind of attitude and I hope I do not have to again.

If I could give this place a negative star I would! Rude employees including manager Jonathan not interested in the customer being correct when they are the one that was not around when I was handed a bag with missing food and an attitude that it wasn’t there problem and they expect me to just take something else in exchange for what I actually ordered since they were out. BUT when I look at my order and you don’t mention I’m missing an expensive item that feels like stealing to me. I stated I didn’t want anything else just a refund of that item but after an employee threatened me and was willing to fight instead of just refunding me cause they had to wait for a manager which took over 15 minutes should never happen. Any other business that took an order and didn’t have something would have refunded or let me know immediately but they took a terrible approach and were shocked I’d feel like they were trying to steal when not immediately refunding so after the experience they lost the whole order as the rest of the food sitting on a counter for this entire exchange is cold and I’m certainly not have people like this make my order again. They didn’t just lose a customer that has had bad experiences here before and tried again for this to be the worst ever but this time not 1 cent of my money or my family’s will EVER be spent here again. It’s a shame that this Mechanicsville location is the worst ever. Hope they can afford to lose customers like this because I know others that have had similar experiences with food and service here. No one took the approach of they were sorry but it seemed to be no one fault to own up to just a simple refund and be honest not pretending the whole order was there. A simple Sorry goes a long way if it were the first words out of your mouth or the managers instead of blaming me for being upset after waiting for him as the only one that can refund for over 15 mins on a Togo order. Just ridiculous and disgusting!

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Wait Time
I placed an online order with Buffalo Wild Wings and the experience was very disappointing. The system gave me an estimated pickup time that was completely inaccurate, and I ended up waiting over an hour. When I asked about the delay, the manager told me my order was the next to be bagged, however several orders came out and none were mine. Clearly it had not even been started.
It is unacceptable for a large restaurant chain to have such unreliable pickup estimates and for staff to give misleading information instead of being honest about delays. If the system cannot provide accurate times, it needs to be fixed. I expected better communication and customer service. No concessions offered, only excuses.
My recommendation would be to call before you come to pick up your food, or risk waiting longer than advised with minimal help provided only excuses and that’s only if you ask for updates.

I had the pleasure of having Sam as my Server. I have eaten out at many establishments over time, but I have Never had a Server who was Attentive, polite, professional, friendly, respectful and helpful. Sam paid Attention to my table, provided us with refills without asking, very knowledgeable about the lunch menu items. We had 2 separate cheeseburgers orders with fries and drinks. Also ordered a 2 go order as well. I most certainly will be going back soon and hoping I get Sam the Friendliest representation of this business. Sam you were AMAZING and I Loved the Service you provided me and my grandson.
