This is the worst place ever, other than Wingstop, to wait for a delivery order. Yes, it is Super Bowl Sunday, but I have been here waiting over an hour for one of my orders, and the other order was ready 35 minutes ago. GrubHub will not compensate for either person, or me, they told me to wait for the order, and just deliver the two orders as expected. I have a gentleman here waiting 10 minutes longer than me, and he did his own takeout order. Delivery area is busier than the entire restaurant.

Came here for a girls night out. Since im already a big back might as well go to Buffalo Wild Wings!! I love their choices of sauces for the wings. Everything else was average, not to bad. The service is great and they were playing Spongebob on the big screen. I was entertained!!!

Normally I am fairly happy eating st this BWW location for BoGo Tuesdays. Not sure what went so so wrong compared to past visits. We were seating quickly and thr place was not nearly as packed as the previous week. Orders thr usual right away. 45 mins later the order comes out and its the most pathetic incomplete plates we have ever had. The wings were barely seasoned cold,dry and tiny. They looked like they were out on the counter all week. The waitress saw this was not fair and called for the manager. When the manager arrived she quickly saw that the order was not right and incomplete. She explained that she would redo the order herself free of cost and would do it herself in a reasonable amount of time. Free desserts were offered so my wife ordered one. The replacement order came out in about 15mins and was 1000x better. The manager lived up to her word that would be much better. The end of our visit 2.5 hrs from the time we walked in the waitress hands over the bill and sadly the only thing was discounted was the 6 dollar Dessert. She and the manager explained that we were not charged for the original bad batch and she was only covering the vost of the dessert. We found the overall experience to be pretty disheartening especially since we visit about once a week. Waiting over an hr for a simple order of wings and being told we dont have to pay for the first batch,which we didn’t touch was not a favor. Overall yes j would probably go back. I just wish that communication between kitchen and and waitress was better. She told us the hold up was due to to running out of wings and waiting for a new batch which didn’t add up since the couple that came way after us received their wings way before us. Also the manager should of told us that we didn’t have to pay for the first incomplete batch-we never planned on paying for them. We were about to walk out and go somewhere else until the manager stated she was going to make it right for us. I shiuld had taken pics like I normally do. But I was so tired and hungry that I just didn’t bother. Let’s see how next week’s visit turns out.

This review is for the Buffalo Wild Wings #0474, I believe the town is Whitehall PA. We stopped in for a quick bite to eat, we sat down around 6:30 pm. There was no wait as the restaurant was fairly empty. We were seated promptly. Our server Jenna greeted us and took our drink order. She was busy with tables and it did not look like there was a bartender so she was filling drink orders as well. We placed our order, burger and chicken. We did wait a little while for the food to arrive, we were just about to ask where it was when it was brought out to us. The crispy dippers were just okay, they were warm not hot. The breading was very dried out and hard. The fries were the nothing memorable, edible but not hot. I did not finish the chicken or fries it as it was not enjoyable. The all American burger was good, we had ordered tater tots with the burger and they were okay. This is not the Buffalo Wild Wings food we are used to getting. This was the first time we dined at this location. We love our BWW that is on Long Island. It is always busy, lively and great food. This one has seen better days.

The workers here are friendly and provide good service, but the food was very average. When my food arrived , my fries were a bit cold as if they’ve been sitting for a while. The burger itself also didn’t taste hot and fresh. Overall, my experience here was ok. They do have a good deal, $6 items for $20. But that’s about it.

I would’ve been better off going to a drive thru for half the price. We got there and sat waiting for a server. When she finally came she apologized and said she would be with us soon. I said sure no worries. I’ve been a server so I understand being busy. They had her covering the bar and the table section. She was friendly but I knew as soon as she started to take our orders and not writing them down that it would be a mess. Indent understand why restaurants think things a flex. 9/10 they will forget something…and forget she did. Drink order was wrong, food order was wrong but what disappointed me the most was that the food took long and when it came it was cold. The food was also very poor quality. No silverware on the table and no napkins at a wing place no less. I sent the wings back and just asked her to remove it from the check because it had been so long waiting that I needed to get the kids home. Their food was cold as well but I just needed them to eat and didn’t have time to stop anywhere else. A complete waste of $70. Fast food would have been better, fresher and more affordable. Don’t waste your hard earned money, I wish I hadn’t.

Everytime I order my food is inconsistent! They dont prepare it correctly. Either they overload it with sauce or dont add enough, either way it shows the person preparing the food simply doesnt care! Sometimes they forget items and the food isn’t fresh when it arrives. Will not be using take out anymore from this location.
