I forgot to update this review. A few months ago I ate here and used a debit card for payment. The waitress we had ended up charging me extra off my card. I called and complained and proved to the person in charge that she took the extra money out of my account. I did get refunded that money after a couple days.
I ate here again tonight after a couple months of avoiding this place from the incident and the woman who took my money was still working here. It’s a shame they keep theives for workers here. Especially when whoever I spoke to claimed to be in charge and knew for a fact this waitress charged my card extra money. I probably won’t be back. If you come here do yourself a favor and use cash!

Wings were decent but only lukewarm. French fries were cold. Service was good. Gotta serve hot food. What’s with so many TV screens ??? PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO FILL OUT UR FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. Cold food says it all. If u look at all the responses from management u will see they r all the same.

The food was wrong and the fries were cooked horribly. They tasted like hard plastic. The wings were supposed to be traditional and the sandwich was to be plain.

I order wings and street tacos with side salad from this place on the app February, 15th for delivery. When it was delivered I noticed right off the bat something was missing because there was only one small box and a small condiments bag in the delivery bag which by the way the delivery bag was sealed so the driver did not tamper with anything. When we opened up the bag My wings were in the small box but my wife’s street Tacos and side salad was missing, The small paper bag had ranch in it . which we never even ordered , I immediately called the restaurant up and talked to a young female named Anna, She of course said she knows everything was in there blah, blah , blah, You know in today’s world this new generation never wants to take responsibility for anything especially when they make mistakes, They either put the blame on someone else or just plain out lie. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us with this restaurant we ordered from here many times in the past through doordsah and part of the order was either missing or they delivered to wrong address and we didn’t even receive the food, It’s ridiculous. And of course doordash refuses to do anything either although there incompetent drivers can’t read and deliver to wrong address.So this time around we decided to order through the app thinking we will get a better experience and again they let us down. Part of order was missing. The problem is simple if these owners would stop letting these young new generation of employees bring there cell phones in the working environment maybe they would actually do there jobs instead of hiding in the corner on there phones texting all day or on Facebook. I have been in this restaurant and sat at the bar many times and see all the employees on there phones constantly and management does nothing, You know why management does nothing? Because they are on there phones too, It’s ridiculous how our new generation from 45 years old and under are addicted to social media and being on there cell phones. This is happening in every restaurant the bottom line is No One Cares, The owners don’t care, the management don’t care. I don’t really give reviews but I’m sick and tired of this new generation not wanting to own up to there mistakes and make things right, The orders in the past that were wrong from this place or missing items we just chalked it I as typically new generation incompetent, lazy, Don’t care people. So this time I decided to do something about it and I would encourage everyone else who sees this review to dispute it with your credit card company if you get your order delivered and it’s wrong or missing something, Stop letting these crooks get away with it, It’s your hard earned money, It don’t matter if it’s a $5 item bottom line is these employees need to start doing there jobs and pay attention to what they are doing. And management need to start disciplining there employees which will never happen.I had to dispute part of the charges for this order through my credit card company because this so called manager ( she said she was manager ) never reimbursed me for the part of order missing , So I had to take my time to dispute it with my credit card company, So I figured if she is going to waste more of my time I might as well give them a nice review and let people know how I feel. When will these businesses wise up and start implementing company policies as to where employees can not bring there cell phones to work? Probably never. When will the management start disciplining there employees, Probably never, Because I’m telling you this is why the restaurants and other business are so messed up in today’s world because they let these young employees get on the cell phones all day while working and they don’t pay attention to what they are doing. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make sure the order is correct before it goes into the bag. If the employees are that incompetent then make them take pictures of the food before it goes into the bag .

I always enjoy going to Buffalo wild wings. They always have great service and I enjoy the atmosphere. I enjoy all their different sauces. I usually get them on the side so I can try different ones. They have traditional wings on Tuesday. Buy one. Get one free with the app. They also have buy one get one free chicken nuggets on Thursday.

Went here for the honey garlic wings absolutely wonderful get their strawberry lemonade to drink its absolutely wonderful. Wings are always good they sell their wings sauce and dry rub there so you can do it at home.

Sunday afternoons are THE BEST time to come. The bartender is so friendly that she has her own following of patrons. In fact, if she’s not working, we just go to Dino’s! She’s so professional, checks the food when it comes out of the kitchen to make sure it’s correct and that additional items like sauce, etc. aren’t needed. If you’ve never been, try it out on Sunday afternoon! Overall BW3 has Great service. Great food! Consistent. Brook is the bomb!

Last week food poisoning from some questionable boneless wings, this week the cooks decided to bury withered, slimy, brown lettuce at the bottom of my salad hoping I wouldn’t notice. We have let salty over done burgers and watered down queso go for far too long for how much money we spend here week to week. Absolutely disgusting to be served something like this week after week. Can’t even say “oh, don’t get a salad at a wing place” because the wings aren’t much better either.

We started coming here instead of Wilkins because it WAS once better, now they’re almost as bad if not worse.

Only redeeming quality is their wait staff, always quick and amazing. we tip them well 99% of the time, but these chefs are inexcusable. It is sad that these waiters have to take the brunt of disgusting food and probably underpaid for the service they provide. Sorry we will not return.
