Honestly shocked this place is still open. I went on 04/21 and wait time for table of 3 was 45 minutes (when expected was 20). Don’t even get me started on how long the wait was for the food — over two and a half hours. The overall environment was not good as you can hear literally everyone complaining about the wait time for the food — even appetizers were delayed. Food was not fresh when it arrived and they ran out of almost everything by the time the dinner service came around. Turns out they are very short staffed as new manager is very strict. The staff was even advertising hiring signs everywhere because of how desperate they are at the moment for employees. Only 2 cooks were available Friday evening and manager couldn’t handle it.

Just got my delivery and the order was incomplete. I called the restaurant and they basically didn’t care, and ended the conversation by hanging up and leaving me half way through a sentence. I wasnt even being mean, just wanted a solution. They also packaged the carrots and celery that come with the wings in a plastic bag, and sent tiny pieces of each, just not very appealing and not aligned with price of the dish. Sadly this will be the last time I order from this place.

Worst for pick up . I’ve been here for take out 3 or more times. They always had the order late by minimum 20mins. Today (18aug) we had to wait from 9:10-10:10 for the order to get ready. They told us “the food is ready but it’s taking time to pack it. It should take 10mins” and they continued this for 40mins

Terrible ! Waited 30 mins to be seated with no hostess at the front to even greet u , we finally get seated and wait another 25 mins before the server even addressed us to say he will be with us in one minute … another 15 mins pass and we turn around he’s cleaning tables and bringing the other table waters and beers while we sat there with not even a glass of water with 2 children . Sevice is horrible do tf better ! Never again
