Got here at 11:21 on 2/6/26 looking to have an early lunch. The website and their lettering said they opened at 11. The door was locked, and nobody answered the phone. Unless there’s a new holiday I’m unaware of, they were running late. I went elsewhere. I was really hoping for fried pickles. Oh well…
Update:
BWW corporate asked me below to fill out a form about my experience. They then left me on read for the past few days, no contact, and then today sent me a survey about my experience. Batting 1,000! No experience to be had, no service provided. Way to suck, guys. Yeesh
Thankfully, the BWW in Wappingers is usually a good time

Had a terrible experience with the host. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and would never imagine talking to a customer the way we were talked to. The manager and our server shane were both incredible, not our first time with shane as our server and he always goes above and beyond for service. As for the manager, he handled everything in the most professional manner possible and turned a terrible experience into a great one.

For my daughter‘s birthday, she wanted to go to Buffalo wild wings. I’m usually not a fan of chain restaurants. Her birthday, her choice. Huge parking lot, but it was packed. We were able to find a spot pretty close. Overall the service was terrible. The waitress was very friendly and tried her best, but it took forever for the food to come out. Getting in was just a challenge. When we got there, the host told us come back in 10 to 15 minutes. We asked if he needed a name. He said no I will remember you. We came back in 10 minutes and asked how long, he said 45 minutes. I told him that he said to come back in 10 minutes and he will remember. He said he didn’t. He seemed completely confused. After complaining, we waited another five minutes and were seated.
Food overall was good. Best thing was the cheese curds. Nice seasoning and lightly fried. The ultimate nachos also good. I’m free I was a little surprised there was no meat on them, but the cheese sauce and jalapeños made up for that. I also got that item for free when I signed up with their app. If you go there often, it’s a nice little perk to have. I ended up getting a brisket burger. It was good, not great. Really good BBQ sauce. Fries were meh. I tried one of the boneless Parmesan wings. Really good flavor, kind of disappointed I didn’t order them. My younger daughter told them it was my daughter‘s birthday. They brought out the ice cream pictured in one of the photos. Not sure what it was called. They did a good job with that. Overall, as a sports bar it works. Sports memorabilia everywhere and games on the tv. As a restaurant, it’s good if you have kids. Will probably not be back until another birthday request.

We have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for years and for the past few times the same host is at the door welcoming us with a terrible attitude. Always very rude, and not a friendly people person. Definitely needs new employees that know how to treat customers with respect.

After a long morning spent shoveling snow, my husband and I decided to have a meal and some drinks. We seated ourselves at the bar, where the female bartender with black hair and glasses requested identification. I turned to my husband and informed him that I had forgotten it at home. While I was slightly upset, I understand that she was simply fulfilling her duties. A few minutes later, a white male approached the bar and ordered a beer, and she did not inquire about any identification. Five minutes later, another white male sat at the bar and requested a drink, and she promptly provided it without asking for identification. I am left with the impression that if rules are to be implemented, they should be consistently applied. This situation appears unprofessional.

For $8.50, I got 3.5 onion rings – you can’t be serious – The boneless wings were mediocre at best (hard and dry) and their $21 chicken Philly and fries was kid sized.

The food was delicious and the out server, Taylor, was especially nice and probably the best I’ve had had. Would come back again.

Don’t waste your time on the average food here. While it’s a decent spot to catch a football game and enjoy some drinks, the food won’t satisfy your taste buds. Head over to OG instead for better options for food

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite places to eat, the food is great here and the food almost always comes out very quickly. Servers are usually very cool and attentive. Plenty of TV’s on the wall so there is always something to watch. One thing to keep in mind is this restaurant does get a little bit loud when it’s busy, but other than that it’s a great place to eat.
