I placed an order to be picked up at 5:50pm. My order was ready at 7:10. I understand it to be busy with the Super Bowl but I asked the woman behind me when she placed her order for & she said asap & received her order before mine. I saw this happen with many others as well. I try to be understanding considering I have worked in the restaurant business before so I said something to an employee thinking maybe it had gotten cleared without our order coming out. They said they haven’t gotten to it yet. They did not check. Once they finally did check they the stared at my boyfriend & I, talking about the situation & then a few minutes later that’s when our order came out with a crumpled receipt. After all that. They forgot our fries. Never eating here again. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I had a very disappointing visit. From start to finish, the experience fell far below expectations. The staff was noticeably unfriendly and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right away. We waited an unusually long time for our food to arrive, and there was no communication or apology for the delay.
When the food finally came out, it was poorly prepared. The wings were soggy and lacked flavor, the fries were cold and stale, and overall, the meal tasted as if it had been sitting out for quite some time before being served. Considering the prices, the quality and service were completely unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was that one of the employees was overheard making fun of my child’s weight. That kind of behavior is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable in any setting — especially in a family restaurant.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was truly upsetting. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Better training, improved service, and basic respect toward customers would make a huge difference. Until then, I’d strongly recommend visiting a different location or choosing another restaurant.

Walked in to half the staff sitting at a table i was handed menus and told to seat myself in the bar
Every empty table was dirty our waitress came over and took our order the wings had to of been sitting there at least 3 hours the chicken tenders and fries were cold and the only special item we asked for was BBQ sauce and didn’t receive it…..shocking I know! I literally couldn’t not bite into my wings they were so old and hard we got up and left and paid 40$ for NOTHING. I am avid about tilliding and have been in food service all my life and left a 2$ tip the waitress was nice but did not even clean our dirty table this was unaccaptable…

I placed an order today, I ordered a 20 piece with fries. When I got home we open the bag to find only fries in the bag. We went back to get the 20 piece chicken. The food was not good, the chicken is hard as bricks and not worth eating. This is my last time ordering and eating from BBW. The chicken look old and like I said is very hard and crunchy. We tried to eat them but had to stop.

Stay away from this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. They are short staff most time. The managers have to fill in as cooks. Last week was so bad the restaurant had to close because they had no kitchen staff.
Last night after waiting over 25 minutes for my dinner they lost my meal. Seems like the deleted gif some unknown reason. Twice I requested a manager and it took both mangers at least 20 minutes to appear. The one manger with a beard should be fired for his extreme rudeness.
My receipt had to go back several times for corrections. It was Veterans Day and I ordered my meal for being a veteran. Well they charged me for my complimentary serving so I needed a manager to remove the charge. He came to my table with explaining how busy he was cooking. Sorry to say that it was not my issue. He was extremely rude and should be removed from this Buffalo Wild Wings.
This is just an awful Buffalo Wild Wings to go in for anything. It will be a very long time if I ever go there again. A nearby Wing Stop would definitely be a better choice

The Quality of buffalo is going down. We’ll i went to get dinner with my son that loves it there so we sat down at the bar. The table was dirty with 2 plates the servers saw us sit down they keep walking by us like we wasnt there the time was 5:30pm when I looked at my watch it was 5:45 ask to speak to a manager told him about the problem he didn’t do anything about it. It took them another 15 minutes to clean up the table and take my order its already 6pm. They brung my food out and nobody came to check on us. Very disappointed I didn’t leave because my son loves it here

I’ve been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings locations, but this one takes the cake for rude service. From the moment we walked in, the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them just by showing up. Our server barely acknowledged us, rolled their eyes when we asked for refills, and disappeared for most of the meal. No one checked in to see if we needed anything, and when we asked for the check, it took another 20 minutes. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and frustrating. If you actually want to enjoy your meal without being treated like a nuisance, go somewhere else.

Service is absolutely terrible. I am a server myself and I have a lot of grace and patience for people in this industry. They were not short staffed with 4-5 servers on the floor. My friends arrived 30 minutes before my boyfriend and I did and ordered food and drinks. By the time we arrived the server came up one time to ask if we wanted to order we said yes, she literally did not come back until the rest of the tables food was finished, 40 minutes later. I just think it is unacceptable service to wait over 40 minutes for an order to be taken. (We decided not to put an order in at this point because we saw other tables leaving and becoming frustrated with the terrible service.) this place needs new serving staff and not waitresses that avoid their tables.
