Let me first say the young lady serving me was very very, very, very nice. I knew what I was getting when I ordered the beer. I actually said that I would never come back to BW threes but anyhow, the first beer their corporate America tells you they’re gonna leave ahead on it. They’re not only leaving the head on it but they’re shorting you about three or four drinks. This is not acceptable to me.
I’m only giving three stars because I almost only gave two automatically from now on. I’m gonna cut one star off if I get the first beer and it’s shorted like it was that’s another star when I asked to have it full or close and they don’t do it. She gave me the same depth and I’ll takeoff another star. Anyhow, you guys are unreal your corporate America shorting America are beers. It’s a ploy to save on material that’s it. Doesn’t make the beer. Taste any better. Thank you. Never had the cauliflower wings. They were OK thank you. It sucks not to get a full beer.

I’ve been a regular here since I moved back to Maine in June. I’ve always been good to the servers and tipped well. Unfortunately, the service hasn’t been above mediocre and just recently I found out that there’s employees there that are spreading rumors to other customers about me when I don’t even know these people. I’ve spent a large amount of money here because it’s really the only place with multiple TVs with sports and usually can get what I want on one of the TVs. I don’t feel that it’s anybody’s business at Buffalo wild wings while I’m there and who I’m there with. They’ve also told this person that I have a reputation there and that I mistreat women on dates. I do like to use this as a comfortable go to date spot as I am a single man actively dating. I feel that these employees at no point have any place to butt into my personal business as I use this as safe place for stress relief from life. I haven’t ever displayed any type of hostility or made any of the people that I’ve been out with feel unsafe. So I’m unsure where these employees are getting off telling other customers this false information. This type of behavior is highly unacceptable for such a huge franchise and they need to do better with their training on human ethics, and understand at no point if there’s no threat, do they need to butt into their customers affairs. The employees there are to serve and provide customer service… That’s it! Cooperate has been notified and hopefully these employees wll be held accountable for their extreme disrespect towards a regular customer who’s been nothing but kind and always tipped 20 percent even when the service sucked on multiple occasions. DO BETTER!

Back in the day when b-dubs used to be good, this is what I mean. Seems likely theyre short staffed but our waitress did great considering. Food came out kinda random, but it was totally okay considering. Possibly short kitchen staffed as well. But id definitely go back specifically to this location. Cause alot of them are hit or miss. When you find a good one, support them!

I don’t often leave negative reviews but after paying 150+ for some wings and fries it would have been nice if they weren’t cold. Also, how can fries appear hours old during dinner time? Waitress was pleasant enough, but my diet soda wasn’t diet, and our food sat long enough to get cold even though I’d assume they have warmers in the kitchen. They weren’t short staffed in the front. Plenty of staff.

Our server wasn’t working at all. Whole table asked her for waters and took her 10 minutes after sitting on her phone for a good portion of that time. On top of that, we noticed it took her 10 minutes to bus a table after it left 20 minutes before that. It got so bad to the point another server had to take over. (Server apparently wasn’t feeling well, i call bs)

Server put 1 order in wrong, making it not come out til 20 mins after other. The “smash burgers” are no where near what the picture shows. Wayyyy too thick! All around just not a good experience for anything other than a quick wing snack. Should have known, i suppose! Also none of the employees we encountered showed any happiness in the job. Very disappointing!

I have been a fan of BWW ever since it came to Maine. I always order the same thing. Bone in wings, crispy with Caribbean jerk sauce extra wet. I was seated in the corner of the restaurant, even though it was not busy and plenty of seating with much better views of the tvs. I was alone so I was looking forward to tv and a good meal. The waiter took my drink order and the beer tasted stale. It took a long time to get my order and when it arrived, the wings were not crispy or wet, and they were cold. When the wings arrived, I realized I had no napkins or utensils. I ordered carrots and celery but the sides were small and I had to cut away the edges of the celery to remove the dry ends. It took 7 minutes to get a staff’s attention to bring me some napkins. When the wait staff finally came by, I asked for more sauce. Finished my meal before the wait staff came back by and an asked for the check. The wait staff asked if I wanted the sauce to go. Nope! Wanted it with my meal. When the check came, I was given the wrong slip!!! So sad to see the quality slip to the point where I will take my 40 dollars for a beer and wings to another establishment!!!

Went here for a double date night and it was an awful experience. Waited over a half hour just for our drinks and waited over an hour for our food. The table was dirty when we sat down, the floors were disgusting and so were the bathrooms. I will never come here again, take your money elsewhere!
