The atmosphere is lively, the service is dependable, and it’s a great spot whether you’re catching a game, hanging out with friends, or just craving wings done right. Always a reliable go-to in Saugus!
Not sure if the kitchen just flubbed or if this is a real change for BWW as a company but either way $30 for that is a joke. Will not be returning
I came into this location to dine in around 12:45 PM. I was greeted by a waitress who went to speak with her manager about a seating me in a place where the game I requested be put on. She never came back.
Another waiter came and then seated me at my table and provided me menus. Then a different gentleman came over to put the game for on a tv. Keep in mind this location is almost never busy (at least when I came). I was the only one with a couple other customers seated at maybe 2 other tables. This area had close to 25 tables. Not one waiter/waitress came to see if I was ready to order (it was 1:50 PM, a FULL hour since I was handed my menus). Several other customers who came in after me were attended to by a couple staff. You’re telling me not of the staff noticed a guy looking at a menu? I get that some customers might get missed since restaurants can get busy but it was a ghost town in there. 3 different staff saw my face and knew I was dining in.
Eventually I got up. Walked to the front and gave the greeter the menus back and told him “I didn’t need these anymore, been here for 1 hour with the menus and not a single staff came to see if I was ready to order.” I went back to my seat and remained there until my game was over. A waitress then showed up, at that point I told her I wasn’t interested in ordering anymore (after seeing me looking at the menu for over an hour). She said “okay” and walked away.
Literally one of the most insane experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. It’s like I fell into a black hole. And the ironic thing is during my stay I saw several other guests having a negative experience. I saw an entire family leave their food at their table and leave since it was so bad. A BWW manager came over and I assume was apologizing for the bad food. Several people around me were getting wrong orders/drinks. This place is a absolute trainwreck…..
Even though it was a bad experience overall the fact not one manager or staff apologized (they knew about it, the waitress who I told I was not interested went and told her team – I saw it with my own eyes).
This speaks volume about this location.
Avoid this location at all costs.
I could understand if they had been busy. In addition to us, there were only 6 other booths filled.
Our server was excellent! We based our tip.on her service.
An extremely disappointing experience. We definitely will not be returning to this BWW.
The atmosphere is also weird – empty and bland compared to other bdubs. The only redeeming thing was the waitresses were very attentive and kind. However, given the poor quality of the food, I’ll be giving the next closest bdubs a shot next time.
