Buffalo Wild Wings in Saugus is always a solid choice, and they’ve earned every bit of this 5-star review. Despite the burgers consistently being cooked well-done, the real stars of the menu are the naked bone-in wings. They’re flavorful enough to enjoy completely without sauce, which says a lot—but of course, you can order any of their signature sauces or dry rubs on the side if you want to mix it up.

The atmosphere is lively, the service is dependable, and it’s a great spot whether you’re catching a game, hanging out with friends, or just craving wings done right. Always a reliable go-to in Saugus!

Placed a pickup order and the food seemed like it was sitting there all day. One burger was supposed to have no pickles and the other was no tomatoes, both were still on the burgers. The cheese, lettuce and mayo on my burger looked like it was 2 days old, it was stuck and nasty. I didn’t even eat the burger. A side of fries was missing and the drinks tasted so watered down. The boneless wings were barely sauced and not fresh. I would expect to get fresh hot food when I place an online order but it seems like this location cannot provide that. I will not be ordering from here again and if you do be careful.

Ordered 20 boneless wings for take out. Opened the box and there was just 20 unseasoned wings and a bag full of sauce. Haven’t had BWW in a good 5 years and I know that’s not how it used to be.

Not sure if the kitchen just flubbed or if this is a real change for BWW as a company but either way $30 for that is a joke. Will not be returning

The best part was the fries. You can order the wings without spice, like I did, and got them with garlic Parmesan sauce, but they still had a slight kick. Everything was delicious and fresh. They also gave me a side of carrots and a sauce.

If you show up before your order is ready they will keep you waiting unnecessarily long before they bring it your food. When placing an order anywhere I like to show up 5-10 minsxearly so I can grab my food as soon as it’s done. I have no problem waiting until the estimated ready time. What I have a problem with is showing up 10 mins early, being told its going to be another 10 mins (expected), and then 20 mins later (40mins after originally placing my order when the place was dead) having to call the restaurant and telling them to bring up my order. The food was not hot and the soda was flat. I rarely come here bc this is not the first time this has happened. You guys should really be keeping an eye on your customers waiting and their orders to be ready.

I’ve been to several Buffalo Wild Wings locations in my life and have enjoyed them all. This location needs to be wiped clean. Literally the worst BWW in the United States of America. Unfortunately, 1 star is the minimum.

I came into this location to dine in around 12:45 PM. I was greeted by a waitress who went to speak with her manager about a seating me in a place where the game I requested be put on. She never came back.

Another waiter came and then seated me at my table and provided me menus. Then a different gentleman came over to put the game for on a tv. Keep in mind this location is almost never busy (at least when I came). I was the only one with a couple other customers seated at maybe 2 other tables. This area had close to 25 tables. Not one waiter/waitress came to see if I was ready to order (it was 1:50 PM, a FULL hour since I was handed my menus). Several other customers who came in after me were attended to by a couple staff. You’re telling me not of the staff noticed a guy looking at a menu? I get that some customers might get missed since restaurants can get busy but it was a ghost town in there. 3 different staff saw my face and knew I was dining in.

Eventually I got up. Walked to the front and gave the greeter the menus back and told him “I didn’t need these anymore, been here for 1 hour with the menus and not a single staff came to see if I was ready to order.” I went back to my seat and remained there until my game was over. A waitress then showed up, at that point I told her I wasn’t interested in ordering anymore (after seeing me looking at the menu for over an hour). She said “okay” and walked away.

Literally one of the most insane experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. It’s like I fell into a black hole. And the ironic thing is during my stay I saw several other guests having a negative experience. I saw an entire family leave their food at their table and leave since it was so bad. A BWW manager came over and I assume was apologizing for the bad food. Several people around me were getting wrong orders/drinks. This place is a absolute trainwreck…..

Even though it was a bad experience overall the fact not one manager or staff apologized (they knew about it, the waitress who I told I was not interested went and told her team – I saw it with my own eyes).

This speaks volume about this location.

Avoid this location at all costs.

The absolute worse BWW I have ever been to. We waiting 30 minutes for drinks from the bar. We waited for approximately 30 minutes for our food as well.
I could understand if they had been busy. In addition to us, there were only 6 other booths filled.
Our server was excellent! We based our tip.on her service.
An extremely disappointing experience. We definitely will not be returning to this BWW.

food was reeeally not up to par of a normal bdubs by a noticeable amount. wings were small and tough, fries were dry and hard.

The atmosphere is also weird – empty and bland compared to other bdubs. The only redeeming thing was the waitresses were very attentive and kind. However, given the poor quality of the food, I’ll be giving the next closest bdubs a shot next time.

Ate here with some coworkers for dinner. The waitress was very nice. I ordered an appetizer of Everything Pretzel Knots and an All American Cheeseburger. The pretzels were good but the burger was kinda dry.

Ordered $153.00 of items for delivery via Uber eats (order 1020020). The food was cold/fried foods saugy. The boneless wings seemed only half of them properly sauced (which in the past had issues, hence the request for additional sauce, which was one of the items missing). Top it off, they missed 6 items. I can understand busy dinner rush, but a customer orders $153.00 worth of items and tips 15% expects better.
