Incredible from top to bottom! The pizza is impeccably curated by Sebastian in a small shop where he operates solo. His background in chemical engineering lends itself to a dialed in fermentation process with precision and it shows. He cooks with love, and his customer service and gratitude for patronage are even more impressive! He is a gentleman and cares about offering his community something special. I think his pizza would crush a Barstool One Bite pizza review by Portnoy! This is real deal Philly pie! Keep it up Sebastian! Thank you!

After 2 weeks waiting for my pre order I got the honey Roni pizza. Omg I never thought honey would be good on a pizza till this one. The sweet salty contrast is so delicious. Definitely a happy customer and returning. FYI Sebastian is super humble and welcoming as well

I get the quality ingredients. I get the 45 day cold fermentation process….what I dont get is why this pizza did not taste good. My pizza had a weird sweet taste to it. You could not taste the cheese. You could not taste the sauce, you could not taste the crust. It was just a hot crunchy mass of food. There was no definitive taste for someone spending so much time on fermentation and quality ingredients. I was beyond excited to try this pizza being a trained pizzaiolo and big pizza nerd. Its $30.00 w/tax and tip for a 14″ plain cheese pizza and unfortunately its not worth it. I would love to know how this guy made pizza that is tasteless. Maybe your experience will be different. Good luck in finding parking….Super disappointed overall

In a neighborhood that says it wants better food but rarely supports it, this kind of dedication almost feels out of place.
Maybe it’s time for places like this to move where passion is actually appreciated — Fishtown, Port Richmond, Center City or south philly.
Either way, respect to the man for doing it solo. Sebastian is truly a master and a gambler. la Classica is the way to go

Super cool dude who really cares about quality and the love of pizza making. We really enjoyed the slightly sweet tomato sauce on the pizza, and the crust floated somewhere between thin crust and Brooklyn style. Definitely in my top 5 pizzas.

After hearing so much about 888 I decided to pre order 2 weeks in advance. I got the all a Romana, a Margareeta, a cheesesteak on home made French bread, lemon mascarpone cake and tres leches cake. The pizzas were extremely delicious with a great sweet sauce. The flavors , crust and undercarriage were fantastic. Cheesesteak was phenomenal, finally the desserts were unlike anything I had before. I will be ordering this every single week. Sebastian puts on a show and explains the process, he is super knowledgeable and friendly. I am very impressed by this one man shop and to see the amount of love and support he is getting is very inspiring

Sebastian’s service is not only top notch and extremely welcoming but the food is amazing. The thin crust pizza is delicious and you can tell the ingredients are all fresh. We tried the original cheese pizza and the hot honey pizza. Had our 15 year old raving about how good the pizza was. Also the cheesesteak is one of phillys best kept secrets. It’s good meat not greasy at all and he does not skimp on filling the roll . Would 1000% suggest trying it but make sure you check hours , limited hours and he only makes a certain number of pies per day so don’t miss out.

This was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The balance of cheese, sauce, and crust is perfect. Everything was hot, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Special thanks to the staff — you can really feel how much they care about their guests. 10/10!
