Ordered Mushroom burger w/fries, boneless chicken with jammin jalapeño sauce.
Food was cold, stale and greasy.
Bit a fry, to only experience a stale fry. Tried the chicken and it was cold. Eventually leading to the main pick the burger, went to bite the burger to only bite into a seeping bite of oil almost like the burger sat in oil then served. Yes, the oil got all over my hands simply from one bite. I tried to eat at least the burger but I couldn’t I was nauseous before I go to somewhat half the burger. , yes I called the restaurant and was sent to the manager. As I spoke and tried to explain it felt kind of useless I was met with a monotone okay. If I was handed a bad portion of food I can only imagine how many more people were handed these types of items. I did kindly ask that they check order for freshness, temperature and make sure the grease isn’t seeping out of the box. As the box was also very oily almost as if the food sat in the box hours prior to sending out. I honestly do not recommend this place anymore. I used to love ordering from here but it seems as it’s ran by people who just don’t love their jobs and sending out great food. Oh I also, had it as a priority delivery so I was first in the line. So no excuses as to why my food was given cold if it’s close to my work place and my driver was here before time. Not worth the almost $50. So here I sit nauseated at work

Came to watch the Dodgers v Phillies and figured we’d order dinner as well. Staff had no problem changing the TV’s around for the best viewing experience. Food was a little slow but I didn’t mind. Delicious fried chicken. Nice clean bathrooms. Server was very nice. Staff had no problem with us moving tables in order to watch the game on the big screen. Our server even kept serving us after we moved tables out of her area. The skillet cookie is also delicious. We stayed for the whole game. However it is loud so just keep in mind this is a sports bar/restaurant, you have to expect the high volume.

Called the restaurant to ask about allergies and was able to speak to someone very kind and helpful. I was going to put the order in a few hours later and she said I could put attention to her and she would take care with it. Everything worked perfectly and my allergy kids loved the boneless wings. It’s not always easy to find a restaurant that will accommodate our allergies so willingly so I really appreciate it. We will definitely be back.

Have gone here to pickup order 3 times and all times, no one is at the front to help you, it takes about 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge you and ask if you need help unless you completely barge into the resteraunt looking for an employee. Wings are always good, but the service going into the resteraunt, always nonexistent.

Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. From the start, our server seemed completely checked out. Super basic stuff like getting forks or straws took forever, and we had to keep asking multiple times just to get them.

The food took over an hour to come out, which made no sense because people who came in after us were getting served way before we did. It really felt like they either forgot about us or just didn’t care.

When the appetizers finally showed up, they were cold… like, had-obviously-been-sitting-there cold. Overall, between the bad service and the long wait for cold food, it was just not a good time. Wouldn’t recommend the waiter we had will be switching waiters if we get her next time.

Just like any other wings place.. “Sweet” sauces were actually extremely spicy. Wings over cooked, some even burnt, and had a salmon texture. Carpet stunk. Seating extremely uncomfortable to be at especially in the middle area. Shirley temple had absolutely no flavour to it. Too many TV’s, extremely overstimulating. Will NOT be going here again.

Atmosphere well that was up and down had lots of empty seat not very many people visiting. Don’t believe negative reviews. Always have a look for yourself.

The beer was cold and honestly the best cheese curds ever, even better than in Wisconsin. Slow service, fries are below average and the patty melt wasn’t really actually toasted/ grilled. The restaurant has a sewage smell and the management said they just deal with it…

I went on line and placed an order at 530pm on a Saturday night to be picked up at 6pm on my way to work( at a very busy hospital) I arrived at 555pm there was no one at the desk so I walked to the bar and asked where do I pick up my on line order. I was told to wait at the front desk for the clerk to come out with the orders. At 511 the girl come out with orders ( not mine) I asked about my order and she stated it should be ready and went back to the kitchen. I then asked another waitress for the manager because now I had been there 25 minutes. The clerk finally showed up with my food as the manager approached I told him that I was on my way to work and was now going to be late because I had been waiting for 25 mins past the time I was to pick up my order. His reply was I apologize we don’t have any cooks! Not my problem shut down the on line order or at least call and let the online order people it will be delayed! Well I get to work and ready to eat my food and well…. my wings had no sauce on them the fries were very cold. No napkins or silverware. This is by far the worst customer service I have had in a long time! Buyer beware poor service, poor management and most important sub par food!
