probably my worst take out experience to date. There is a reason I havent been to BBW in over two years. Put in an order at 845pm for future time of 930pm. Arrived at 930pm and they were having take out computer issues and no ones food was being sent to the kitchen. happened to like 5 take out orders. I didnt end up walking out of there with my food until 1030pm. So 2 hours after I ordered my food I got home to eat it. This is not the staffs fault at all. The hostess was also a superstar handling the situation. She was getting bombarded with customers and still did everything she could, even writing down orders to have them made. Even caught when the kitchen made my burger wrong, which made me wait even longer unfortunately.

Placed the order for sause wings, we just received the dry wings and the Sause separately and they tasted really dry . Staff were polite but forgot our order and had to remind multiple times before we got the food in which order was incomplete. Have visited multiple Buffalo Wild Wings, this is my least favorite because of the food taste and quality.

I went on line and placed an order at 530pm on a Saturday night to be picked up at 6pm on my way to work( at a very busy hospital) I arrived at 555pm there was no one at the desk so I walked to the bar and asked where do I pick up my on line order. I was told to wait at the front desk for the clerk to come out with the orders. At 511 the girl come out with orders ( not mine) I asked about my order and she stated it should be ready and went back to the kitchen. I then asked another waitress for the manager because now I had been there 25 minutes. The clerk finally showed up with my food as the manager approached I told him that I was on my way to work and was now going to be late because I had been waiting for 25 mins past the time I was to pick up my order. His reply was I apologize we don’t have any cooks! Not my problem shut down the on line order or at least call and let the online order people it will be delayed! Well I get to work and ready to eat my food and well…. my wings had no sauce on them the fries were very cold. No napkins or silverware. This is by far the worst customer service I have had in a long time! Buyer beware poor service, poor management and most important sub par food!

This is a really fun place with alot to offer customers and though they specialize in wings they perfect wraps, burgers, and chicken meals. However it is recommended you try the house appetizer platter as it’s a meal in itself for 2 people. The sauces are plentiful and the service was incredible, according to my husband it appears they got a jukebox and while a few arcade games were off at our visit the app and it’s trivia plus occasional betting on sports via the app is a nice touch nice and relaxed environment… Will certainly come again and dive into wing fest

We got the boneless wings 15 pcs with blazing sauce i.e with the #1 spiciest sauce on their list. For someone who has a good spice tolerance, I’d say this made my eyes water. Try this only if you can handle it! We also got the Loaded Bird Dawg. It was delicious.

Picture this, you are traveling away from home on a business trip and decide to eat dinner at a buffalo wild wings, somewhere you have been many times. Walk in and place an order for 10 boneless wings in asian zing sauce. Was told there was no ranch…. how does a wing place run out of ranch?? Anyways was told about 15 minutes until the food was ready. Food finally comes out a little after 7pm! I get it probably short staffed but if a business doesnt have the appropriate staff level its probably best to just not open instead of providing subpar service. After having to stop at a grocery store (since there was no ranch in bww) and getting back to the hotel, opened the box to find only 8 (not the 10 ordered) extremely poorly sauced boneless tenders (see picture). After forcing myself to eat these dry barely sauced wings I just sat there wondering how a place that used to be amazing no matter the location has slid so far downhill to the point that I do not know if I will ever return.

I was here today and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take my order and another 45 minutes to come out because the order “didn’t go through”. 1:15hr wait for a burger is outrageous. The only reason I didn’t leave was that there was a person next to me who had pretty good conversation. I used to come here a lot and it was always packed, but this place went downhill the last couple years. Recent visits I was given freezer burned bone in wings and boneless wings that looked more like chicken nuggets. The burgers are pretty consistently decent though.
