I was so disappointed in my visit. I usually go to the location at Southern Feedstore but decided to try this location. I ordered El Healthy which is sweet potato fries, salmon, guacamole and pico de gallo. The young lady told me they were out of salmon. That should’ve been my sign to just turn around. I got chicken instead. Once I received my takeout order, I left and headed to my car. I decided to take a look at my food before leaving the lot just to make sure it was good. What I saw had me confused. The “guacamole” looked like some green cream sauce. I took the food back inside and asked the young man who prepared my food what their guacamole looks like. He pointed it out on the line and it was the same green cream sauce on my fries. He didn’t have much to offer (it was his first day) but said he’d mention it to the owner. I wish that I had just requested a refund but I just wanted to get back home with a meal. I tried to eat it but it didn’t even taste like guacamole. I have no idea why they’re serving something like that. I tried to call and there was no answer and no voicemail set up.

It truly a pleasure to dine here. Atmosphere was great. The staff was very welcoming. The food had a great taste and seasoned well. We actually were going to another venue but the way the owner and staff greeted us made feel right at home. This is our first time. We will be back.

Came during the soft open for Halidom. Got an Americano pile as we tried this place and others. Generous portion for $14. If you don’t love salty stuff, ask for light seasoning. The default is a bit much. Super friendly staff.

First time at the Halidom Eatery in East Atlanta and it was a successful experience. The Buena Papa Fry Bar is a must have! We ordered one of their Signature dishes called the AMERICANO (Salt & Pepper BP Signature Fries, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Chives) and later came back for the CHURROS N’ CREAM.

babyyyyy, these the best fries I’ve ever had. I came to visit on their day 2 like right after grand opening. the staff is so friendly and nice. They explained that they have other locations in NC but this is their first location in Atlanta and more to come. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The food was amazing. They give a lot as well for such a reasonable price! love it and them! Definitely coming back. In the photo is how the Mexicano Fries look. Their sauces are also bomb and they give you a lot. THIS AINT MCDONALDS, iykyk, lol

I visited your restaurant located in the Halidom Eatery in Atlanta, Ga. While the customer service was friendly, inviting and informative, the fries were not to my satisfaction. The guacamole was discolored (not fresh) and the salmon was not the best quality. When I shared my disdain for the guacamole and it not being fresh they chuckled and said everything is made fresh daily (see image). When I asked that they remake the dish because of the spoiled/not fresh guacamole they told me only where the guacamole landed was bad. Well I’m certain that the FDA would disagree.
Waste of $30, disappointed is an understatement.
The bright spot was Luze Mexicano Cocina located in the same facility!!!

I’ve been hearing people talk about how good “the fry place” is, and I finally got to try it! I really enjoyed how this meal was put together. The different toppings for the fries were clumped up instead of being spread evenly, which I really liked. Spread evenly, it would have been a homogenous mass, but because of the presentstion, the flavors, textures, and even temperatures constantly changed and morphed throughout the meal. This kept it feeling really interesting. I kept wanting to see what other flavors I could make. I got the Boricua. There was a citrusy pulled pork, a cool, refreshing pico de gallo, and some fresh guacamole and a couple sauces on top of some really fresh tasting fries that reminded me of a fine dining restaurant in a hotel where I used to work. There were wildly different flavors on the menu. I noticed sausage, steak, pulled pork, and several other things that looked really interesting to try later. I’m glad I finally got the opportunity to try this place. People have been telling me that I should for most of this week.

I have wanted to try this for a while and finally did. Yay me. I got the Mexicano, (ironic given this land is where El Mexicano used to be) and it was nothing short of spectacular. It’s almost too much food, but all the flavors are perfect. I will definitely get this again, I just may fast for a few days first.
