I am a faithful Buds customer goes to lunch there all the time. On October 3rd I came in to order lunch I sat down at the table at 12:30 to be exact me and my mom were the only black people at the time I sat for 15 to 20 minutes before I was acknowledged finally the waiter asked what we wanted to drink I asked for water with lemon she brought me a glass of water no lemon then went on her merry way waited another 20 minutes before she came back to ask what we wanted to order. My mom pulled the manager Don to the side to let him know we had been waiting over 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Instead of asking how long we have been waiting all he said was we doing the best we can not asking how long we have been sitting there. Finally got our food salads was brought out on dirty plates and the service is horrible. I doubt if I will be back anytime soon as an African American I felt discriminated against even the people came after us got there food. This has been a terrible experience Salad look like it is 2 days old

Miranda did a great job being sweet and attentive. The bartender was slightly abrasive and embarrassed me quite a bit so I had to go. But the food and drinks were on point, served promptly, accurate, and hot. It’s a good spot to visit.

I have eaten here many times. Food is delicious and I have recommended it to many friends. But tonight something was different. They asked me to open a tab although my group ordered no alcohol. Only food. Prepaying for food is unheard of here. When the manager came over because I wanted an explanation as to why this was requested he immediately called security and asked us to leave. Horrible treatment!! You have lost a faithful customer that comes at least twice a month. Will never eat there again.

This is a great bar/restaurant in Chattanooga. It is very inviting, it looks very cool and it’s very big! The food was pretty good, I’d eat there again. Our service was very good as well, our waitress was very friendly.

No matter the day or time I go to Buds. I love it. The atmosphere is always great. If there isn’t anyone playing music on the jukebox then someone that works there plays music. It isn’t overly loud as to where you can’t talk to anyone or hear everyone yelling over the music either.
It’s always clean. From the bar to the tables, from the floors to the restrooms.
The service is always top notch and I have never had to flag a waitress down or sit and nearly choke waiting for a refill.
The food is always on point and the smash burger….. I haven’t found a place with a better one yet. Buds doesn’t dress theirs up with special sauces and slapping a lot of odd toppings on it. Just the usual and it’s perfect. Their salads are great, fresh and crispy. My husband loves their wings and pizza. I ALWAYS have a margarita. The cost is never bad and we leave full, busting at the seams. We have had several of their menu items and have never been disappointed.
If I could give them 10 I would. We highly recommend Buds to anyone.

The food was absolutely amazing! I got the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls(what’s in the pic) definitely 10/10! The drinks were so good and not weak! The server was extremely friendly and on top of things even though how busy she was!

I play poker in the no limit pub poker on certain nights. I’ll keep it simple; the bar is fun and all races are welcome and no fighting happens. It’s a veteran owned bar, it’s kinda like a rock bar. I had a blast on Friday night and I don’t drink.
There is a lot of confederate flags on peoples clothes. But no one is really aggressive.
I would recommend bar to others.
