Made a special trip for a gluten free pizza. We got home and received a call saying they gave us the wrong pizza. We drove back to switch orders. The gf pizza was cold and had a flat, cracker like crust.

Buck’s (NY) Pizzeria is great. NY was not this good. The service is exactly correct for the time to get your order. The prices are reasonable but the pizza is unreasonably good. Highly recommend the pizza for takeout. You’ll enjoy it. Congratulations on probably the best pizza in a long distance for taste. The spider is not included

First time trying Buck’s Pizzeria and for sure won’t be the last! Everything from the phone call ordering to picking up my food was pleasant! The woman who answered the phone was so sweet and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The man who cashed me out while my wings were being tossed was also very personable. Only a 30 minute wait for pickup on a Friday night, impressive! Pizza is delicious and they top with a generous amount of cheese! I didn’t even have to ask for my wings to be crispy they just were (a perfect wing in my opinion) even with a nice coating of their delicious sauce(s)! We did half everything and half medium and next time I think we will just go for all everything, even though the medium style was delicious too! Bucks is approved by my picky Italian-American household!

Food is good, but not perfevtion. We are disappointed every time we order. I specifically ask for extra sauce on the wings and get dry wings every single time. Like literally no sauce on them. The one time I complained about it they stated “we go light on the sauce because customers complain that it leaks in their cars.” Obviously if I ask for extra sauce I’m not going to complain if it leaks. I order extra pizza sauce on the side, paid for said sauce and still never receive it. I’m mean it’s $0.50 but when someone wants a sauce on the side it’s because they like to dip their pepperoni rolls. I wish I could share photos of the wings, it’s like they just took them straight from the fryer. I’ve worked in a busy pizza shop so I know what it’s like but every single time we order something is wrong. Very disappointed. Especially when you spend over $100 every time you order.

First time customer. Takeout for super bowl Sunday and everything was great. Amazing garlic knots, great pizza generous with topping and lots of flavor, dough not thick not to thin. The only thing is personal preference the crust could have been cooked a little longer as I like crispy crust

Food is always excellent. In my opinion, one of the top 10 pizzas in central New York. Customer service is always top-notch. Super friendly. Food is always on time. Get the “everything” wings. Freaking awesome.

I’m only giving this restaurant 2 stars. I had ordered ahead and was told about 45-1 hour ok no problem. Went to pick up my food was told another 10 mins for my sausage bread ok a little upset but what’s another 10 mins,I’ve waited this long. Went back to check on my order after 10 mins was told another 10 mins and that they haven’t even started the sausage rolls yet. At this time I was very upset and you could see it on my face. The lady said “sorry we’re being slammed right now!” and walked away, ok I get it BUT I called and hour ahead and now waiting almost an hour and half for my pizza, antipasto and two sausage rolls. Now in the history of ordering pizzas I’ve never waited this long. After picking up my food finally, which it was good I’ll give them that! I got home and noticed I had no dressing for my antipasto and no sauce for my rolls. Very disappointed! I think they need to prioritize a little better, get a system for themselves. Organization is key to running a business. So if you order from here on a Friday make sure you do it 2 hours ahead and be prepared to wait possibly.

Love this pizzeria! It’s not often that you find a slice of pizza that stands out from the rest, and I personally find their thick crust pizza (with meatballs and mushrooms) to be some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. If you’re in the Central NY area or are passing through Chittenango, give Bucks a try! You should also grab one of their garlic knots, too. You won’t be disappointed.
