The food was amazing! Come before 5 on Thursdays to get free bingo cards, if you are not heat tolerant don’t order the spicy stuff because it is really hot. Freshy hot which was great for me because I love spice. Have the spicy corn and loaded potatoes very good! 9/10 food wise. Highly recommend

Very affordable and must try! We got the two meats and two sides, we love our leftovers. Just finished up our leftovers and have to say that’s always the quality test. Just as good as first day! The ribs fell off the bones and were juicy too! Stop in and give them a try, won’t be disappointed!

I gave it 5 Stars, but my wife would have given in 1 Star. My order was excellent! I order the two meat plate. Extra fatty cut Brisket and Ribs. Just awesome! The bark was perfect, the meat to fat ratio creates a super tender juicy feast. I was excellent. The side of Creamy Corn was delish with a nice spicy flavor. The baked potato was cold and, well – awful.
My wife ordered the Pulled Pork with fries and Potato Salad. The Pulled Pork was dry, no flavor – kind of like either sat all day and then was warmed up. The fries – cold. The Potato Salad was average, but nothing special.

Just past the “grade” (which is a narrow road with water on both sides) off Castle Rock Lake, is a tiny bar featuring smoke house specialties. They have a decent menu with some unique items, like kick’n corn salad. The prices are super reasonable. The ribs were definitely incognito. I thought they may be mediocre, but I was happily wrong. They were perfect! You could pick them up but they didn’t disintegrate on you. Don’t get me wrong, they were tender, and the bones still could be pulled out easily. The seasoning was perfecto! They have a nice selection of sauces that paired well.
The coleslaw was not soggy and not too sweet or too creamy. The cabbage still had some crunch. The kick’n corn salad was sweet corn with a cream cheese base that carried a mild heat with it. Everything was good and super quick! I am talking under 10min.
My husband had a burger that he said was good, however, wasn’t a fan of the Mac’n Cheese. He thought that is was bland. I thought it looked good, but I don’t eat gluten, so I couldn’t say.
Service was super friendly. There is a nice outside seating area, as well as a wine room with seating that was more private. The place was very clean, and cool. There were UTVs and ATV’s driving around. Lots of fishing boats in the area. There are several tables for families. The fully stocked bar did make some nice drinks. You could try the wine flights with a nice selection of wines. They are reasonable with the prices on those.
They also have tequila and whiskey flights available if you are looking to find the perfect flavor for the night. Overall a unique find for the Castle Rock area.

They claim to have all day breakfast; they don’t. We walked in at 11am and were told breakfast was long over. Service was poor in general, the indoor seating areas were dark/sticky. Outdoor seating was good, smokers look great. We had a few drinks, coffee, wings and then went to find actual breakfast. Wings were good, coffee was undrinkable.

Excellent quality sandwiches. My wife loved the grilled cheese with jalapeno and blackberry jam. My fish sandwich was huge with 2 big pieces of fish. The kid’s burgers and patty melts were great as well. We all got the beer-battered fries, which tasted great, but I may just get the regular ones next time as the battered ones were pretty greasy. Overall a very nice experience, we sat outside which was about as nice of an outdoor eating area as you can get!! Definitely the best place in this area!!
