All of our meats are expertly cooked, charred, roasted or grilled. While our Tri Tip is our signature, we take all of our meats seriously — whether it is hand pulled pork, juicy and flavorful chicken, or grilled salmon, we season, rub, or sauce each to perfection. We only use the highest quality beef — Certified Angus Beef. Our Tri Tip is marinated and hand-rubbed with a secret seasoning. We char-roast it over an open fire, then smoke it in our smoke oven to a perfect medium-rare finish. We only use the freshest ingredients. Seasoned on a plate or dressed on a salad, all of our ingredients are treated with the same care as our meat. Down to our house made rustic croutons, you would be surprised at how much we do behind the scenes!

The service was fine. The salad was fresh and the trip tips were tasty. The outside seating was acceptable. Overall it met expectations for a small dining experience.

Come here hungry and leave the place satisfied. Everything’s good from salads, sandwiches, main course( try their special tri-tip- char grilled..simply the best. Located on ground floor of Stoneridge Mall, parking is not a problem..ample parking for shoppers and all visitors.

Wonderful place with a peaceful yet American classic burger atmosphere. The employees were kind when asked for ingredients, and took a lot of effort to make sure we weren’t allergic to any ingredients. They have a delicious veggie burger. However, the French fries seemed a little stale and the soda, even without any ice, was extremely diluted.

Fantastic service! The waitress noticed we needed another plate and brought one right out-very thoughtful! Another steakhouse had a long wait and we came here and glad we did. Parking at the steakhouse was miserable with narrow spaces-better bring the jalopy or get your car scratched up. It’s nice to take a walk in the mall after eating too.

2 out of 3 of our meals were cool to lukewarm when we received them. We sent one back. The other person was too hungry and just are it. Proper food temperature is mandatory when to make sure food it’s cooked enough to remove and impurities etc.

1st went on website online and it list on their menu for this location that you can create your own salad. My wife then called to confirm and the person on the phone said you can order your salad how you want. We were double checking because she has a gluten allergy. I then also signed up for their rewards on the app. It stated I was entitled to receive a free order of tri tip bites so we decided we would give this place a try. We drove to Stoneridge mall, when we went to order the create your own salad was told they did not offer that. I also inquired about the free tri tip bites and was again notified they did not do that either. We are from out of town and a bunch of our family lives nearby so thought we would try it out.
I know during Covid some menus are changing but to not have things updated is really disappointing. Especially when were trying to eat out at times to support businesses. Will see how the food taste but most likely will not be back or recommend this to anyone.

Prices are high and food is just satisfactory if anything. The burger bread tasted stale and kept crumbling. It was so hard to eat the burger because of the crumbling bread. The mac and cheese side was just alright and was cold along with the fries. Won’t eat here again.
