Aweful. Got in line with two cars infront of me. Ordered two hashbrowns that was it. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and when I got my hashbriwns they were hard as a rock, cold and old. I couldn’t go in a request new ones because I was running late for an appointment having not anticipated it taking 15 minutes to get hashbrowns. I understand one of the cars ahead of me ordered a very large order but have them pull ahead and walk it out to them regardless of it it’s winter making everyone else wait for a large order to be filled was unacceptable I’ve been asked to pull ahead for much smaller orders.

Sat in the drive thru for more than 10 mins at 6:40am on a Saturday, coffee was luke warm and taste like water. I was hoping it was taking longer bc I was getting some fresh çoffee, terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Stopped through the drive thru on the way to a cookout, the guy running the window today was amazing! There was a wait on fries so we pulled ahead to wait, he upgraded the size for free for the wait and was super personable and nice. I didn’t catch his name but he had the prayer hands tattoo on his arm. Thanks dude, made our day!!

Air conditioning in the playland has been “broken” for months. Ant colony feasting on french fries under play area tables. Employees are helpful and pleasant and food is fine but they are clearly too understaffed to maintain the cafe areas. Will the A/C ever be fixed? Always feels like the heat is on in the play land.
