I went here for coffee and something sweet while I waited fir the bus to arrive. I was impressed. It was clean and quiet. The staff as well as the customers were friendly. The entire operation looked smooth and well run. I recommend this establishment.

We are REALLY disappointed. My 96 year old grandpa and I went in to order two sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins. Two small coffees. One was black and one had two creams and one sugar. They handed us a bag and two drinks without a receipt. We drove all the way home to have someone else’s order, which was only a sausage biscuit. ONE. With no egg or cheese.
I called and the General Manager lied and said she gave everyone a receipt. It isn’t true. Why lie? Why not apologize and fix it? We will never go back to that location and I’m embarrassed by the general manager’s behavior. DO BETTER.

Traveling from Peoria, IL to Oshkosh, WI and were looking for a quick stop. We waited for 15 minutes for food, there was no ice, bathrooms and restaurant were dirty and when we got the food, the fries were missing from the Happy Meal and my husband’s sandwich was missing which caused another 15 minute wait. When he got his sandwich he said it tased/smelled like weed and we never got the fries for the Happy Meal. Hopefully the Buciferros see this and can make the necessary improvements as they have other McDonald’s that are great!

It’s not a one off thing that the night crew they don’t put onions in my quarter pounder. I always order extra for a tiny surcharge to try to give myself a better chance that I get the 2nd best part of the burger. From looking at online McDonald’s forums it seems that putting onions on is an extra step and they deliberately skip this, so I attribute it to likely
laziness.

My burger was cold, I ordered catsup and pickle only it appeared the took the onions off as there were still onions on the cheese. Also ordered a McChicken which had pickles only was was warm not hot, French fries cold. Give 1 star because the lady taking the order was friendly and honest. I had given her an extra $1

This is the second time I had to eat a loss on my money because they absolutely refuse to give me a refund in the store. The app states to go to store if I need a refund. They said they don’t do ice cream in the morning but I’ve gotten one every day for 2 weeks. Im so tired of the lies and the fact they refuse to refund me.

Want you to grab some lunch thought it would be nice just to drive through as I’m running errands big mistake huge mistake. Drive-thru lady was really rude yelled at me because I accidentally put counter pickup instead of drive-thru pickup on the app. I was polite and said I had no problem coming in as it was my mistake so I parked and went in while staff was pointing at me talking amongst their self like I made the biggest mistake in the world.

Waited 12 minutes as the ONLY vehicle in the drive thru without hearing a word. Had to say hello twice before someone responded with “you’re going to have to wait.” From there, another 14 minutes before I could even tell them that I had a mobile order. Responded “2nd window”. At the window, I got no greeting, no word of acknowledgment as the employee was too busy talking to a coworker about personal drama and just shoving my order at me. Not impressed at all. Oh, and the ice cream was already soupy!

This is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Service is consistently slow, the food is cold, and the staff is rude. On top of that, prices are higher than every surrounding McDonald’s location, including the one in Illinois. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I was in a rush this morning went to use my app to checkout and was treated absolutely horribly they told me I was past the point to use the app and refused to give me a receipt. I came here often and now I will going elsewhere absolutely horrible to treat someone like that in drive thru!
