This is a nice place. We had a party of four and we all had breakfast. The food was very good. I was just a bit skeptical at how quick it came out after we ordered it. The food portions were enough. Be aware of the double tip/gratuity. The gratuity was already included in the receipt, and the person at the register was expecting an additional 15-20 percent.

Late nights after work, service is excellent, Charlie really is the star of this place. He’s genuine, friendly, kind, funny, and such a pleasure he’s truly the reason we continue to visit. The food is fresh and yummy, and prices are reasonable.

I was excited to come here but I was honestly disappointed at their customer service and their food. The Omelette was pretty good but the shells on it was not what I was expecting. I was looking forward to the properly done home fries but it was soggy and not fried at all. Please learn how to fry. If you say something is fried and a customer orders it because it’s what they want, it needs to be fried. Otherwise the service is fast. The gentleman who served us was pretty rude in the beginning but he warmed up as we sat there for an hour and ordered a lot of food.

Don’t skip on the burger! Totally worth it for the $1.50 upcharge on waffle fries! The breakfast platter was typical diner breakfast. Nothing special. Overall prices were a bit higher than expected. Jukebox on the tables do not work. It ate my money and was not able to be returned. The experience would have been better if the waiters weren’t eating their own food at some of the tables.

I give diner a 10 star if possible. The food was extremely good. My family and I were seated immediately by our waiter Charlie was so professional. He took our order to perfection. He was very friendly and gave us great information about the diner and the food. I had The Roadhouse burger, which has pepper jack cheese, avocado, bacon, chipotle sauce and grilled onions, I made it a deluxe and it came with waffle fries. I was amazed. It was delicious. My husband had the chicken Parmesan sandwich with fries. My kids had the cheeseburger with fries and the other with onion rings. The portions of our food were very good. We even brought some leftovers home. We were very satisfied. We came out all the way from the Bronx to eat here. It’s a must eat. You can ask for Charlie and tell him Sean and his family sent you here. We give him a 10 star for his service as well. All the workers were very nice and all greet you when you come in. The gentleman who brought out the drinks was also very nice also a 10 star for him and all the employees.No complaints from us. Will be back soon for more. Me and my family loved the service and food. Everyone in the diner were enjoying themselves and the temperature in there was amazing.
