Got the Bubba burgher very well done and buffalo wings. They cooked the burger just right and the wings are delicious. Its a shame he doesnt do bonein wings. I love the sauce. I wouldve given all 5s but the floor is disgusting. Hoping theres a solution to the problem cause its so bad one loses their appetite

This place was on our bucket list of restaurants to try for a while now. The first impression walking in was less than mediocre. The floor was very sticky. It took a few minutes before we were acknowledged by the staff. Both items I wanted to order (pizza &pulled pork) we were told they were out of. Disappointing we weren’t told when we first were seated. Our server was nice. The beer cheese I ordered with the pretzel looked like it was from yesterday’s batch and scraped from the bottom of the pan. The burgers the other two in our party ordered they said were “ok”. Went here either 12 or 13 July. About 5:00. Greeted promptly and friendly. Pretty empty…still early, so service was not a problem. We ordered the zucchini as an app…it was delicious. I ordered the Bacon Ranch burger….it was cooked as I asked…a little pink, not raw or burned. Great! My wife got the open face beef with gravy and fries. Also great! (I tried it). Will go back, but will go early. Seems this place, like a million others, can’t find people to work. As it got later and started to fill in, our waitress was hustling. Great food…but get there early.

Not what it used to be pre-2020. I love the atmosphere and people here but the food has gone down hill. The pretzel app is huge but the quality wasn’t there. I asked for the bacon ranch burger with “pink” but there was no pink. Also the sweet potato fries were great but when I ordered I had no idea there would be honey drizzled on them.

Very positive review time. Big thanks to Bubba’s Gourmet Burghers & Beer – Southpointe. We reserved the deck space for a 21st birthday party. Our server Jules was a rockstar and Kristen was great behind the bar. They tended to everyone’s needs and was constantly hustling. They were very pleasant and professional. We pre ordered the nacho bar for our guests. It was set up and ready to go without issue and was very plentiful. The deck was THE perfect place for our party. Plenty of space, direct bar access, and they even set up some party games for us. All of our wants and needs were met with a smile and without hesitation. Everyone had a great time, the staff was great, and I have no complaints. I highly recommend for your party. Give ‘em a try.

Insanely slow service on Friday night with not a large crowd at the restaurant. It took almost 10 minutes for a server to come take drink orders. The drinks didn’t come for almost 15 minutes (we ordered 2 drafts beers). Our app came before the beers did. We can see the bartender, she was not that busy other than chatting away with another server. After 45 min of waiting for our food (without the server ever coming back to check if we needed more drinks) the server finally came to tell us the order was messed up and they needed to remake the burger. We told them to just make the order to go, we had been there well over an hour at that point.

Attempted to share my experience through the restaurants Facebook messenger to no avail so I guess I’ll just share publicly. I grew up in Greenfield and heard about the cheese sticks on the radio so the wife and I decided to give the place a shot as I’m a big Bubba fan. Can’t say the food wasn’t great but our service was among the worst I’ve experienced anywhere. Drinks were constantly empty, waitress kept saying she was going to grab another and pretty much never followed through. My sandwich came out a good 10-15 minutes before my wifes so even with trying to pace myself it was mostly gone by the time she got hers. Was just really disappointing especially considering the fact that the food was decent. All things considered the service really made the experience really poor unfortunately.
