Honestly, the worst bite of brisket I have ever had. I got the fatty brisket and there was approximately 2 inches on totally un-rendered fat between the point and the lean. The point was very chewy, inedible, and the flat had the texture and flavour of roast beef. No smoke flavor. This brisket was not anywhere near being done. Very disappointed.

I’ll have to be completely honest here, first time visitor, long-time smokey meat sweat lover. A bit skeptical right off the bat; Couldn’t smell anything after parking right up front, galz behind cash register didn’t know much about products and how things were prepared. BUT……..I’m glad I got a bit of everything and it was daaaaaaaamn good! Tastes so good, make you wanna smack your momma. Their sauce is sweet and tangy. I like more smokiness, but the wood flavor and hits of color in chopped meats were noticed. No sides on this venture, next time though.

Really good pulled pork. Best coleslaw I’ve ever eaten. I got “The Harold”. The mayo bacon and cheese was a bit much. But the pickled jalapeños were good. Sauce was tangy and good as well. Surprisingly delicious coleslaw. Definitely get a side of coleslaw!

This barbecue right here is some of the best I’ve had since coming to Arizona almost a year ago!!! It’s black owned and very professional honestly! They give you large proportions with great quality!!! It is delicious! The hot links are really hot and the hot sauce is too!!! If they say they’re serving up the heat, they do just that!!! It’s St. Louis style barbecue, with multiple locations across Arizona and California! Definitely check them or if you prefer flavorful barbecue that’s hearty and proportions as big as TEXAS Lol!!!

Please… for the love of God… please stop pouring grease into the to-go containers. I love that your pork is moist but please strain the meat a bit. I had a literal puddle of grease in the container next to the potato. Pleaseeee.

Got the BBQ brisket sandwich and BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Meat was actually good with and without sauce. The Mac and cheese we got was dry and needed a little more cream/milk and salt. The coleslaw was a very peppery. The chili beans were actually good and spicy too. The jalapeno corn muffin was moist and tasty. Really small portions for the sides considering the price.

I ordered the beef brisket shredded. Huge portion, but I found the brisket to be a little too salty for my taste. I ordered a side of potato salad, which was very, very good. The saltiness of the beef really turned me off. So I’m not sure I will try this place again. AH

Never heard of this place in my 12 years living here, decided to give em a shot on my lunch break. The Chop brisket was great and the sauce was rich with flavor. The prices may seem a bit high, but honestly they are well worth it. They don’t skimp out on meat, If you order a chopped Brisket Sandwich you’re getting a solid Half Pound of meat and plenty of sauce.

10/10, will be back

Definitely the best BBQ in the area!!! They also provide an amazing service to the community. Honestly was the fastest food time I have seen, also can’t beat the price. Its a must try!!!!

This place has great BBQ and their daily specials are way under priced for what you get. Too bad I live out of town to eat here more often. If you love BBQ and you don’t come here to get it then you’re a sucker. I will eat here every time I do work in casa grande.
