Brisket’s smoky, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, and don’t skip the coleslaw—crisp and refreshing. Staff’s super welcoming, portions huge, value unbeatable. Total BBQ heaven—five stars across the board!

We make sure to stop by Bubba‘s when we’re in Eureka Springs. I love their Cuban pork pulled pork and my wife gets the pulled pork dinner.
Sometimes we eat inside, but we also love eating outside on their deck. It’s a nice peaceful, quiet deck.
Staff is always very helpful and polite.

Amazing food, great patio, and very friendly staff! I got the Combination platter with Chicken which comes with Ribs, 1/4 Chicken, Brisket, and Pork plus two sides. The ribs and chicken are smoky and soo tender! Highly recommend if you love supporting small businesses & eating top notch BBQ.

I have celiac disease and the only treatment is to eat gluten free ALL THE TIME. Going out to eat is a scary thing because a food can be gluten free all day long but if you cross contaminate it in the kitchen with gluten I will become seriously ill. So finding a restaurant with A. Great tasting food B. More than one gluten free option and C. This is most important.. having everyone from hostess to server, to cook, and beyond take cross contamination seriously and strive diligently to contain it so I can have a delicious SAFE meal is imperative. Bubba’s BBQ does all three perfectly! I’ve eaten here many many times and have never gotten sick. The food is delicious and SAFE for those who must avoid gluten, the atmosphere is funky and fun and the servers are amazing. And there is plenty of gluten filled entrees to choose from as well! The owner grew up here and is always striving to make Bubba’s better and better. This year he has added separate gluten free AND vegan menus! I love Bubba’s. It’s a Eureka institution and well worth a visit!

We drove from Rogers to have lunch. Some of the best BBQ ever! I had a brisket sandwich, fries and coleslaw. The fries are homemade, the coleslaw was as good and Gramma’s and the brisket took me back to my Texas childhood. My friend was equally impressed with his meal. Sorry, no room for the ‘Nanner Pudding..maybe next time! Our server was kind and efficient; a great combo.

I can’t wait to drive over to Bubba’s this spring and try out the best BBQ in the area! They’ve been adding a few Bubba’s menu items to the Jose’s menu in Springdale, and they are fabulous. The Bubba’s owners are known for high quality food, service, and most importantly, being the most high-quality people imaginable. From what I’ve heard, the Bubba’s staff exemplifies all of those things as well. The new owners have re-energized this place, and you can feel the excitement. If you’re in Eureka Springs, you have to try Bubba’s!

Thank goodness Bubba’s will reopen soon! It is one of my go to spots when I am in Eureka Springs! Originally for the BBQ (and loaded fried) but my diet has changed and they have several veggie options that are always good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is lively and good spot to watch the game.

From the sweet tea to the sauces, Bubba’s is always spot on. Amazing pulled pork, best potato salad ever and service is second to none. Ut it feels like your on the back porch with family. Our favorite BBQ anywhere and our favorite Eureka Springs restaurant.
