Our waitress was really nice professional and very knowledgeable about what we would like! Very bubbly and friendly. I wanted to stay true to eating healthy but she informed me it’s the weekend why not have a cheat day!! I thought about it and said why not!!! So I ordered Fish n Chips with coleslaw really good very pleasantly surprised! My husband ordered Bacon and cheese burger . He enjoyed it a lot! I wasn’t able to eat any of my fries so I took them with me. Sorry I can’t remember our waitress name but we will be back because you made it enjoyable! Thank you

Got lunch today for my office and it was awful. I ordered the Creamy Chipotle pasta, a side of mash potatoes and the poblano spinach dip. The pasta is oily barely had any cheese and is just not good. The poblano spinach dip is completely not edible as it has more grease/oil then food. It was supposed to be topped with cheese and sour cream but it was underneath the dip that is so oily its missing the salsa its suppose to come with as well as the focaccia bread. My dad ordered the California Chicken dinner thats served over rice with one side. His side is missing and the rice that its supposed to come with was also missing so he literally only got a chicken breast for $14.99. Also my other co workers who also ordered from here are not satisfied with how their food came out as it was all oily and partially missing. The cook needs some lessons as this is the worst food we have ever got from here! The entire bill came out to $231.54 and not only were we missing a lot of items but what we did get was bad. Not even worth calling either because they just say come back up here to get it replaced when we are at work and cant leave to pick it back up

I love it!!! This is my first time here, but I plan to return many more times. The best steaks you could want in the entire United States are here. The service is superb, the waiter who served us was excellent, and the place is very cozy. I would recommend it to everyone!!!

I guess you can bring your pets here wonder how the kitchen looks if you allow animals to be eating and sitting in the tables and the waitress petting it and taking you your food right after. We get a limit of 3 drinks while others are drinking more and we weren’t being loud or anything. Ill never go to another Bubbas

Our waitress was awesome….but it was slow in there and she somehow forgot our drinks for quite awhile. 15 min give or take. She came out the kitchen and we made eye contact and I made a hand gesture for drinks. She looked at me apologetic and had our drinks out almost immediately. We had never been in the restaurant before and I told her so.. I had ordered on uber eats tho…and I had my mom and my son with with me. The food was so amazing! I had told my mom about the fish and chips before, and thats what we got and it was so good! They are also kid friendly! Had my toddler with me and they made him the best cheeseburger ever! The manager came out to talk to all the patrons and she was so nice too. Yall check this place out! Fish and chips are never my first choice…but they are at this place! Bathrooms were super clean also!!

Wish I had the ability to give negative amount of stars, walked in and a team member from the very back from the restaurant had to attend to us because current host was too busy trying to impress girls sitting down at a table, already off too a bad start we should’ve turned around then, first mistake, we were sat, cool, Thursday night at 8:40ish not too busy but it is Odessa, NO ONE acknowledged us or anything despite tables around us getting waited on, we finally left at 9:56. Ended up at longhorns great food great service. DO BETTER

Food was great! Have to start off with that, wings were juicy and flavorful with garlic parm great app, ranch was also great! Ordered the pizza which was also a solid choice, crunchy crust and equal toppings; only gripe here is want cut through so struggling to cut while on the pedestal is asking for an accident. Where they went wrong. Service SUUUUUCKED. Older Hispanic lady wasn’t rude just didn’t provide service. Delivered us wings with 0 napkins or silverware. We waited nearly 12 minutes and had to ask while she stood with other servers all chatting near the kitchen entry. When she handed them to us I said thank you and she said no problem like she was doing me a favor and not part of her job that she had forgotten. She brought the pizza out, a couple minutes later my husband was out of his drink, he shared mine. The duration of the meal she didn’t stop to check if we needed refills or anything else. At this point we had given up on the experience and just wanted to leave. Truly disappointing for a restaurant owner/ manager, corporation to provide all the tools necessary for a great customer experience and have it fall short because this staff member they choose to employ. Unfortunate.

Holy… I got a Grilled Ribeye, Medium. Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Side Salad. Everything was badass. All of it. The beer was great. The server was exceptional. This place is top notch and worth going to. We will be making this a regular spot. Damn… I want another steak!
