My family and I came in around 9:30 PM on a Wednesday and there was only one employee there, however RiRi was so kind and got us exactly what we wanted! With this being our first time there, we realized that they typically only take online orders at that time of night, but she was kind enough to go ahead and save us the hassle by taking our order in person and cooking the food fresh. Customer service goes a long way and it’s equally as important as the quality of the food- BOTH aligned! Thank you for your kindness and great customer service RiRi, we will be back!

I have been working in the area for a months and always seen this place going into Publix. Sp I decided to stop and yes I was pleased with my visit. My food was cooked to order, tasted very good, establishment was clean and staff was very friendly. I had the quesadilla and it surprised me with the great taste it had. We got a burrito and a bowl. Veggies only. They do not have hot items for vegetarians except for rice and beans. The food was not good, and this was confirmed by my super frugal husband said we were throwing the food away. I mean he NEVER does that. He is a we bought it, we’ll eat kinda dude. Anyway, the restaurant was clean and the service was good. But the food WAS NOT. NO flavor. Like none. I don’t know how you do that with Mexican-inspired cuisine. I agree with what other’s said about the rice. So much given and so flavorless. Beans didn’t even have salt. Avocado topping tasted fake. Mild salsa tasted like canned puréed tomatoes. Just a super surprising waste of money. But confirmed for me that when I want a burrito or bowl while Chalos is closed, I’m not going here.

Been twice no one bothered to come to the counter to greet me. First time saw someone in back working waited but he never acknowledged me. 2nd time waited didn’t see anyone but heard someone in the back. While waiting noticed the food counter was filthy. Nothing covered so I left.

I ordered the Quesorito Burrito, which comes loaded with your choice of beef or chicken, rice, salsa, and a heavy pour of blanco queso. We chose beef. Let’s break down the P & C’s on this one.

• Huge burrito—seriously, this thing was filled to the max and easily could’ve been shared between two people. You’re definitely getting your money’s worth in portion.
• Presentation was solid. It arrived looking clean, tight, and appetizing.
• If you’re a blanco queso lover, you’re gonna be in heaven. They didn’t skimp on the cheese sauce at all—it was poured up real nice.

• As beautiful as this burrito looked, the flavor just didn’t show up. It had the looks but no seasoning to back it up.
• Too rice-heavy. For a burrito that size, I expected a better balance, but the protein was struggling to hold space against all that rice.

I came in here the other day and I ordered food online and I am so pissed off that the boy work behind the counter told me when I came in to pick up my food that it wasn’t there and he had turned the grill down and off and he was not going to cook my food . He didn’t give me a refund. He didn’t give me anything. I’m very angry. I want my money back and if I don’t get my money back, I’m going to call the authorities file the police report, also a fraud report in to get my money refunded to me. I don’t know if this Person working the counter that day parents own this place but if you do, it’s rotten practice to have a child in here, they would not give me my money back after I ordered it online. I am mad as hell you have my email address in this review, corporate reach out to me. Owner reach out to me refund me my $22 I don’t give a care how much it is. I work hard for my money and after taking care of sick people all day. I order food online and he did not make my food order nor did he refund my money. Check the camera footage, you will see me come in ask for my order and him telling me he refuses to give my order. He thought it was funny. I think it’s disgraceful for you to steal from me.!!!! I want my refund issued…….
Update: after receiving a response, apologies and saying I will get my refund. I never received a phone call nor did I ever receive a refund. It is five days before Christmas and still my $21.69 Still has not been refunded to me. My card has not seen anything from your company and nor has my phone or my voicemail. I want you to make good on your word and refund my Hard earned money!!!!
