While everyone has always been super polite, my drinks never taste the same despite it being the same order , and then to make matters worse I have three times now ordered a ham/EGG/cheese bragel. Not one time has it ever had egg on it! I’ve had them repeat it back, I ordered online once…. I’ve done my part. Respectfully, there is more than one coffee shop in town and I really wanted to continue to support this spot but considering I never get what I actually paid for I can’t see myself coming back.

Tyler and his staff are so friendly and kind. It is a great way to start the morning. I love the sugar free options and the variety of options they have!! The epitome of inconsistent! I order the same drink every time and every time it taste different and it is only this location! The crew is friendly. The location is clean. But I am usually left very disappointed with what I paid for And it doesn’t get drunk. So Live Oak here I come

I work at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois and picked up some Biggby coffee grounds last weekend for my coworkers. They LOVE it!! The staff was super fun and friendly, made our visit a good one. Thank you Freeland Biggby, come and open a shop near us!!

Love their coffee and they are very nice. Does take them a little long to make their coffee but it tastes better than STARBUCKS. Drive thru is a little tite but pretty easy to work around.

This Biggby ☕ shop is in Freeland, Michigan can be difficult to see from the road because the road is rather busy in that area and the store is in a strip mall like setting with other shops nearby. I do enjoy Biggby coffee but there are lots more to offer than coffee I’ll explain latte not so many options for food some things but not big selection is what I mean
