First, I’d like to compliment the young man with glasses and gold chain that helped me. He had such a pleasant demeanor to start, then when we started the bowl order, he noticed the brown rice had onions fall into it and immediately said he would get me fresh rice
I thought he was going to just scoop some from the kitchen area but after a few short minutes he replaced the entire brown rice portion in the food bar.
The food itself was great as well! It was hot after my 13 minute drive home and everything had flavor. The chicken ended up drying out a little but the shrimp, which is made to order, was perfect. The beans, rice and pico were also
I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t give the young man a proper shout out but good customer service is hard to find which is why I chose to leave a review at all
My order: Papi Hibachi bowl with chicken instead of steak. No cheese or sour cream

Absolutely loved the chicken quesadilla here!
Stopped by on a whim and honestly didn’t expect much, but I was blown away. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned.
Great casual spot if you’re craving something cheesy and satisfying. Definitely coming back if I ever pass this area

The menu had so many choices! I decided to try the chicken burrito, and it was huge! They filled it with lots of tasty chicken, beans, cheese, and fresh veggies. If you love burritos and good vibes, you should definitely check it out! I can’t wait to go back again!

**Edit to add. I recieved a phone call asking me to remove my review. Twice I stated I was at work. It may have been an honest mistake, but it was not handled well, there was no apology when I called. Just placing blame on someone else. I didn’t care whose fault it was. I just wanted what I paid for. Simple. To call me and tell me to remove my honest review was unprofessional and inappropriate. Everyone makes mistakes. Its how you handle them that counts. The first words when I called should have been Im sorry. Followed by options. Or simply an offer to refund that portion of my bill.

Usually a great experience. But today was an absolute disappointment. Ordered delivery. Was missing an entire meal. Called the Store and they said it was the delivery driver’s fault that he missed a bag which it’s always been in one bag.No offer to refund.Just telling I can come and pick it up and it doesn’t have to be today.It can be another day.The whole point of ordering delivery was that I wasn’t going out to pick up the food. Of course , someone had to go and pick up the food because we’re missing an entire meal for one of my kids. Now all of our food is cold. Over $50 of food that was delivered ice cold. Total waste.
I’ve spent an embarrassing amount of money at this location because its quick and fast.
But after today I think Im done. No apologies. No taking responsibility that a mistake had been made. Just placing blame elsewhere.
With the cost of food and take out especially, I can simply go elsewhere. A proper apology goes a long way.
