I just had the most disappointing Mexican meal! The lady at the counter was pretty rude to me. I tried to ask some questions, but she didn’t give me any helpful answers at all. The food was below average with cardboard type chicken chunks in the taco, but the bad service really ruined the whole experience for me. Sadly, I won’t be coming back to this place again. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this place at all, the pizza slice around are way better!

I see that this place gets A LOT of bad reviews. So lets be clear, This was a few years when my wife and I ate here. Covid times when EVERY restaurant was closed around the boardwalk but this place was not only open, but was the best food we had the entire week stay! (We went to other nearby cities for food). A little pricey but what isn’t in Atlantic city.

From the beginning the cashier was very rude. I still chose to order a burrito and she didn’t wrap it tight enough so it fell apart when I attempted to eat it and when I looked up she was watching me and laughing as if she did it deliberately. Terrible service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I love Bubbakoo’s and this place is far from good! The food was old and the kid overcharged us!!! It was so disgusting we threw it away and went to a different spot to eat since we were afraid we were going to get sick!!!! Beware before you go!!! They also didn’t have any chiwawa why have it on the menu if you don’t have it!!! That is my go to order very disappointed!

The woman at the counter was very unhelpful and unwelcoming. It was no prices just pictures of food which making me continue to ask her for the prices. The sign said tacos $3 each on Tuesdays and she told me NO. Terrible customer service but the food was awesome.

I had the Hibachi shrimp/steak Bowl which I’ve had plenty of times at other locations, it was so disgusting I couldn’t get past 4-5 bites, worst meal I’ve ever had. The “steak” tasted like a combination of ground beef and cardboard, if this was my introduction Bubbakoos I’d never go back.

I had much anticipation to try your food but had to delay my satisfaction to hunt for utensils for my family and me to eat our burrito bowls. I ordered through Uber Eats, and when I attempted to contact your establishment, which according to your website would still be open, the phone just rang. So, it would be great to be mindful when preparing orders to provide your customers with utensils and napkins.

Food is bomb I have ordered twice for take out I just usually get their specialty burritos I have tried going in and just making my own maybe it’s a possibility but wayyyyyyy better than chipotle in the sense of flavor you taste the everything from the rice to meat to the add ons and their sauces or different pico de gallos are great btw! Price is about the same as going to chipotle so why not try something new and better we need to support or new local businesses screw big corps! Their nachos is a must as a appetizer we get the beef and my kids love it!

My husband and I have been to several Bubbakoos around NJ and never had any complaints until this very weekend surprisingly we found us a Bubbakoos in Atlantic City. Too our very surprise our favorite spot is where we never expected. Normally we always ask for Pickles in our bowls, ( there was none). I can’t have anything spicy and yet there were only spicy options for sauce. To top it off when we added fountain drinks with our order we were told to go next door to ask for a drink. Handed us an empty cup, cover and straw because ” the drinks are warm and we don’t have ice” wasn’t even apologetic about it either. My husband then points out that they don’t even let you use your reward points at this location which normally I would pull out to use. We enjoyed our food none the less and enjoyed our trip. Just a bit lost for words at how this could be. We are always encouraging people and family to try Bubbakoos and route for the company to expand further into NY and PA. – Sincerely, One of Bubbakoos Number One Customers <3

Trash. No shrimp. Ordered general tso’s and idk what they even gave me. It fine look like the photo at all. Rice was hard as ever so it wasn’t cooked all the way or stale like crap.
