We brought our food back to the house and we ordered burritos but they came in a quesadilla we also ordered meat in it and there was 1 peace of it we asked for black beans there was no black beans in there at all this place is just terrible

Most of the other Bubbakoo’s Burritos have been fantastic! They have had great, delicious, healthy food, warm and friendly service, etc. As a health care worker and first responder, I have had a 20% discount (I tip the difference – that way everyone wins). At this location the server was good, but when the Owner went to ring me up he wanted to charge me full price. I may have been wearing my scrubs and lab coat for the heck of it, instead of responding to patients with possible Pulmonary Embolisms or Heart Attacks, so I pulled out my work ID, I stood there for about 20 seconds, then I mentioned the healthcare discount. He begrudgingly decided to give me a 5% discount. So if you want excellent service, avoid the Freehold one like the plague. Instead go to the location at Wall, or at Shrewsbury. You will be glad you did!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Normally, I don’t write reviews but I go to Bubbakoo’s almost weekly and this location is cheap with their food portions, and after ordering my Sriracha ranch on the side the owner tried to charge me five dollars for queso. Said that if I got my sauce on my bowl he won’t charge me. Very rude and always looking to overcharge. Go to any other location if you’re in the mood for Bubbakoo’s. If you do go here, make sure they are not overcharging you.

We were there for the second time today, took chicken burrito bowls for the family for dinner. At 6:30 PM they were running short on basic things like rice, lattice, guacamole. What I got in my bowl was scratched rice from the base, I asked the person making my bowl thrice to refill but he purposefully ignored me. Very rude staff totally lack basic courtesy. Ordered fries he got them for the kitchen in about 5 mins but made me wait for another 10 when I asked him are fires ready he said NO. And then after 10 mins game me the same box..

Not what I remember Bubbakoo’s being like. Lettuce, skimpy portion of chicken, cheese, sour cream, guac, just about $15.00. Served in a to go plastic container. Screen after payment asked me to give a tip… I also had to clean my own table in order to sit and eat. Girl was nice, seemed to be new.
