I was excited to try this establishment for lunch. I love Mexican food and have never tried this food chain. When I entered the store there were several people waiting for their orders. As I reviewed the menu, I seen that some customers were getting upset because of the wait. I was in line for 10 minutes and no one took my order. Due to being on a time schedule, I had to leave. I will try the food chain again but not at this location. I read in their reviews that they were faster than chipotle and that was absolutely not the case!

I throughly enjoyed Burritodilla, there was much variety in the menu, it was all fresh and delicious. I would recommend to anyone with a pulse. The service, where do I start, the manager made my day so well that I will be back as frequent. God bless enjoy your trip!

I really enjoy Bubbakoo’s, it’s one of my favorite places to eat but this location ive never been to. I ordered a burrito and an order of queso curly fries, considering the total price of the order or even just the fries, to even open up the container and see this is completely outrageous. The burrito I didn’t have many complaints about but it wasn’t that great. With that being said any food I’ve had from any Bubbakoo’s I’ve been to has been nothing short of amazing but this time just wasn’t a good experience at all. Unfortunately I bought the food while working and had no time to stop or go back.

This is easily the worst Bubakoos. My wife and I recently relocated from south jersey and were excited to have Bubakoos in the area since we’ve been going to several other Bubakoos for years now. But we’ve tried this one a few times and have been disappointed pretty much every time. Missing food, wrong food, rude staff, and just disappointing. Just recently ordered some sides to have as appetizers but we got jalapeño poppers instead of pot stickers, and cauliflower instead of saucy wraps. There were also no sauces or salsas included.

I made an online order for a burrito bowl and didn’t check it until I got home. My bowl was very wet and they put way too much sauce. I tried a few bites but I couldn’t stomach the rest. I didn’t even put sour cream in my order either, there was no reason for my bowl to be wet. I reached out to support but didn’t get a follow up. It was my first time going to this location too. I recommend not doing an online order here since you can’t watch them make your bowl.

Haven’t been to this chain in awhile and wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted at the counter and the person making my food was very pleasant. Food was delicious and well priced for the amount of food. Recommended this to anyone that likes Chipotle but wants more flavors and options.
