Scheduling now for the 2025 season! We can handle up to 250 guests with pick-up or delivery. We’ll even manage your buffet! Please note we are not yet open for regular service. We do cater many events and host occasional Food Stands. Many say we have the best brisket around… What is it we do differently than the others? First off, it’s experience. Our Senior Pitmaster started learning the “Art” of barbecue in Louisiana back in the early 1980’s. Trust us, it takes a lot of mistakes to get to this point! Brisket was particularly difficult to master. Next, we believe it’s the way we smoke and the equipment we use. Like our own custom-built smokers and 100% real wood! Nothing in our opinion can achieve the flavor profile of real wood!

The turkey was excellent. Great smoke profile, rub and moist. My son grabbed a leg and went to town. We also bought their gravy which was good. The Mac and cheese was a pleasant surprise that everyone loved. I believe it has a cream cheese in it that captures plenty of smoke – creative.
Next spring we will add this joint into our rotation so we can try the rest of their menu.
