The food was delicious, though it’s more of a fast-food version of Thai cuisine than an authentic one. The drive-through option is convenient for those looking for a quick meal, and the self-service ordering system was easy to use. The restaurant was clean, and the service was prompt. We ordered vegetable summer rolls, shrimp pad Thai, chicken panang curry with fried rice, and chicken basil friend rice. The portions were generous for the price. We also appreciated the sustainable non-plastic serving bowls that convert to to-go boxes.

Brya Zan Thai Noodle + Brew absolutely deserves five stars. I remember when this place used to be a Chick-fil-A, and I’ve gotta say, this is a huge improvement. The food is fresh, flavorful, and done right, and the menu has so many good options that it makes you want to come back again and again.
The garlic soy stir-fry was especially good — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and really satisfying. This is the kind of spot where every visit you want to try something new because everything sounds good. The atmosphere is nice, the place is clean, and the overall vibe makes it a great place to eat.
Definitely a restaurant worth returning to multiple times. Five stars all the way.

This place deserves 10 stars and more! I am not exaggerating in any capacity but this is the best Thai place and it doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket. I think their core value is transparency with great customer service. Here’s why I love this place so much –
1. Infinitely customizable menu and a dream come true for people with dietary restrictions.
2. Vegan and vegetarian options right from protein to the sauce and for every ingredient available.
3. All the food is made to order and the ingredients are so fresh!! The wait time is less than 5 mins and you can see how much time it would take for your order on a big screen.
4. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a bar area and friendly staff.
AND DID I SAY DELICIOUS FOOD?
My only constructive feedback – their medium spice level is a hit and miss. On good days its on point but sometimes its super bland despite being medium spicy. But there are condiments available so its not a problem.

I’ve been to their other restaurants Malai kitchen hundreds of times and was pleasantly surprised by the difference, and convenience of Brya Zan. All of the food was light and very very delicious. The taro fries were surprisingly my favorite. Super crispy and flavorful. All of it was just as good as I expected. If it was closer, I’d definitely make it a regular in my food rotation. Service was super friendly and helpful, but also way more self service friendly, taking away the wait of a server. Shout out to the manager Tony, he was the cherry on top of the whole experience!

First time dining in and service was amazing! There were individual kiosks that you can order from and my food/drink literally came out in 5 minutes. Our server, Savannah, was super nice and attentive. She made sure that we had everything we needed and checked in a couple of times. Savannah also offered us yummy pandan and viet coffee ice cream on the house. Thank you again ❤️ We had a positive experience and would recommend!!!

We decided to stop by this CFA transformation Thai Restaurant. First impression was a very vibrant and creative design. A lot of dinning room space and easy ordering. We loved the easy ordering kiosk and quick service concept. The service was attentive even though this is a quick service restaurant.
All our noodles and fried rice were flavorful with generous portion. Menu pricing was reasonable. Our Penang curry selection wasn’t what we expected maybe need more coconut milk. Will be great if Tom Yam soup is available especially heading toward the winter.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this place.

I recently visited Brya Zan, and it was such a great experience! The restaurant is new, clean, and beautifully set up! Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The staff and managers were all super attentive and checked up on me multiple times to make sure everything was going well. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was.
The ordering system at the kiosk was a little confusing at first, but a staff member came over right away to help me out, and after that it was much easier to use. The food was delicious!!! SOOOO full of flavor and really authentic! I wanted to try some of their spicy sauces, and they were kind enough to give them to me for free this time. It’s small touches like that that make a big difference and show how much they care about customer satisfaction.
Overall, Brya Zan is a great new Thai spot with amazing service, tasty food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Wow! This place exceeded my expectations! Lemongrass shrimp bowl was yummy! The owner Braden was so helpful and personable. I was shocked to find a bar and mixed drinks inside. A nice vibe inside with good music.

Amazing customer service. I have a gluten-allergy and they were very accommodating, when you use the kiosk you can select allergens for gluten-free. We had the soy edamame, sticky-garlic goodness. My husband had the beef pad Thai, beef was tender and sauce flavorful. I got the summer rolls and the pickled beansprouts add such a good tang! The taro fries were also delicious, hot and crispy and the sriracha aoli dipping sauce soo good. Atmosphere is super cute and love that it’s causal and you can get drinks too for a date night. Great portion sizes and prices. We will definitely be back!!

Unlike the family I’m not a fan of Thai or noodles but loved this place. I had the pineapple fried rice and it was incredible. My wife had a beefy noodle dish and that was great too. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though it was order by Kiosk. Will definitely be back to try more.
