Tried Bruster’s for the first time and honestly, I was really impressed! The Chocolate Raspberry Truffle was rich and smooth with just the right hint of raspberry. I got a waffle cone with Mango, Chocolate Cake, and Pistachio—all were good, but the Pista was hands down my favorite. Super flavorful and refreshing!
Also tried the Dino Sundae (cute and fun), the Hot Fudge Brownie, and Turtle Sundae—both rich and satisfying. Definitely a treat-yourself kind of place.
The only thing is there’s not much seating, so it’s more of a take-and-go spot.

I came today with PJs for a free small waffle cone, and the ladies there were really nice. They gave me a nice, good scoop of non dairy mint chocolate chip ice cream. Their ice cream is wonderful……. It’s the BEST!!!!

Ordered a medium waffle bowl (which is three scoops), barely got two. The top scoop was maybe 3 spoons worth smh. $9 seemed a little much for what I got but I suppose it’s the norm now.

I was not expecting to like it as much as I did but the banana pudding flavor and New York cheesecake flavor were absolutely delicious!
My dining companion tried the lactose free chocolate and strawberry flavors. Was not impressed by either, saying chocolate was the worst.
I’d go back though good full dairy offerings.

Great variety of unique ice cream flavors. Our favorites were key lime pie and southern banana pudding. The staff was friendly and quick. My dog loved his free “pup cup”

This is a trend with ice cream place designed for Los Angeles. In northern Illinois, it gets cold, and no one wants to sit outside. The ice cream was good but we had to eat in our car. This would be great on a warm July evening.

This establishment is truly exceptional for ice cream! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They offer samples of various flavors, including non-dairy options, and serve everything from waffle cones to sundaes and even quarts of your favorite ice cream! The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the generous scoop sizes. It is certainly worth a visit!

Went to Bruster’s this warm Friday night! It was a very fun vibe with everyone sitting outside and going through the drive through. Cookie Jar ice cream is aptly named and does not skimp on the cookies! We enjoyed our ice cream and the vibe and our blond buddy can’t wait to go back for a pup cup the manager brought us
