I’m a cold stone aficionado let me say that up front. I like my ice cream real, and I like a lot of stuff in my ice cream. Not like a Dairy Queen or McDonalds where the toppings only go half way down. Well this is definitely as good if not better than any I’ve ever had. Loaded, creamy, heavy, probably 3k calories just like I enjoy. They have everything in any form you want, I got blackberry chocolate chip and death by chocolate. Literally loaded all the way down and a delight for me tonight not for the scale tomorrow. I’m going back for a banana split now I’ve vetted them and I’m there today as this is posted in 12* windchill so you know I must love ice cream and this isn’t fluff!

Even in the freezing cold Michigan weather, everyone still craves ice cream. This was our first time here and it was delicious. My husband and I shared a banana split after dinner. I’m so glad we only shared. It was huge. There were so many banana slices and made it easier to eat. The ice cream was so good. They put on plenty of toppings and whipped cream. We definitely can’t wait to go back and try some other flavors!

I was unaware that this establishment existed until I visited for the PJs event. We purchased the eclair fudge brownie cake, and my son, who typically does not enjoy chocolate, ended up devouring his piece and even requested another. The gentleman who was working alone on Saturday, March 7, 2026, was friendly and exhibited great patience while everyone selected their ice cream flavors.

Bruster’s Ice Cream in Riverview is a sweet new addition! The ice cream is made fresh and the flavors are amazing. The staff is super friendly and the shop has a fun, family-friendly vibe. Definitely worth checking out, especially during their grand opening weekend!

Absolutely loved my experience at Bruster’s ice cream shop! The variety of flavors is incredible, and each scoop is bursting with freshness. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you pick the perfect flavor. I especially enjoyed the homemade waffle cones – they added a delightful crunch to the creamy ice cream. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends. I can’t wait to go back and try more flavors! Definitely a 5-star experience!

Came here for the first time this evening. I ordered the Watermelon Italian Ice – 10/10. My man got the hot fudge brownie sundae. That was pretty good as well! The employees are all very nice, and we will definitely be back to try more selections! We recommend!

We’ve been waiting for Bruster’s to open and it definitely did not disappoint! I was stuck between a few flavors but tried the White Turtle and it was sooo good. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and the owner was very personable. This will definitely be our summer ice cream spot this year!

I was in last Wednesday night (11/12). Excellent customer service from the two girls who were there. Ice cream was fabulous as usual. Love the new tent. The lights add ambiance to my ice cream enjoyment. I will always love coming back!

The flavors are FANTASTIC and the customer service is great. Portioning is inconsistent, and total operation is a bit disorganized/chaotic.
I went yesterday to get the special on the board Mango/Strawberry sorbet with lime/chili powder ( but they were out of the lime chili powder, so it was too sweet.
I got 2 to go today, and the 2 scoop sundae did have the lime/ chili powder, but recieved 1 scoop each and were messy in the small paper cup it came in ( instead of the larger clear bowl that I had the day before).
It’s disappointing because they have a great product, I just hope they can refine their consistency.
