Bruster’s is always our go to place for getting ice cream across central Florida, especially the location at HWY 50 in Clermont. We would bypass Jeremiah’s and Rita’s to get great tasting ice cream for a reasonable price.
However, this location let us down. We understand what a single scoop is but there was a drastic difference between Orlando and Clermont vs Windermere. We had two orders incorrectly made and one missing toppings, and the default lowest tip asked for an amount as if I was paying for another kid’s ice cream. I’m all about tipping. I rarely not tip. But this is the same reason we stopped going to Rita’s. The Clermont location always gets our order right and doesn’t push a tip, so we’ll continue going there instead.

Great spot for walk up ice cream. Flavor selection is good, ice cream is creamy and flavorful. However, last time we went we got two hot fudge brownies and both brownies were hard and tasted stale. It’s always a wait since there’s usually only one person working during the weekdays. There is an option to order online and pick up.

What sets this Bruster’s apart is not just the wide variety of flavors (seriously, there’s something for everyone!) but the quality. The ice cream is ultra-creamy, rich, and tastes like it was made just minutes before you arrived.
One of my favorite parts is that they rotate flavors, so there’s always a reason to come back. Their sundaes are decadent, milkshakes are perfectly thick, and don’t even get me started on the banana splits, they are absolute perfection!
The staff here truly makes the experience even better. They’re patient, upbeat, and always happy to give samples if you’re torn between flavors.
If you’re in the Windermere or Winter Garden area, do yourself a favor and stop by Bruster’s. It’s not just ice cream, it’s a little scoop of happiness. 10/10 would RECOMMEND this ice cream store!

The Bruster’s team did a great job creating our son’s birthday ice cream cake on 27 hours notice. The cake, filling, ice cream and icing were of great quality and very delicious
Pricing was reasonable for an 8 inch cake and we had a lot leftover even though there were 8 of us.

this was my first visit to a bruster’s. the employee was polite and gave me coupons for next visit. no wait time. i got a dino sundae and cookie was surprisingly great. i was having a bad day and it really made me smile.

I’m so disappointed that this is not the first time that my scoops are so small!!! I even complained with the kids working there and they said that this is the way they serve! I’ve had ice cream here for many times and the scoops are getting smaller and the price is pretty high for the quantity. I’m very upset the way I was treated last time, too many new kids working there that don’t care about costumer service and also didn’t want to sell the new flavor! They said it was out of it and for the person behind me they sold! I’m never ever stepping at this store again!
