Your website states that this location closes at 10:00 PM. When I arrived at approximately 9:52 PM on Friday, March 6, the employee at the drive-thru window informed me that they were already closed. Two cars, including mine, were turned away before the posted closing time.
If the posted hours say 10:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect service until that time. Turning away customers early results in lost business and creates a frustrating experience for people who made the effort to come before closing.
I recommend reviewing staffing practices and reinforcing that the location should remain open and serving customers until the posted closing time. Consistency between advertised hours and actual service is important for customer trust and for your business.

I ordered a coffee icecream in a waffle cone and the icecream was tasteless. I told the associate i had ordered a coffee icecream as it was white with black speckles in it, I thought they may have just given me the wrong flavor by accident. They said that it was the coffee icecream and said ‘yeah it looks weird’. After attempting to eat it I just threw it away as it tasted like plain cream with no flavoring.

I came in around 3:45 in the afternoon, and Antonio did an amazing job helping me pick out the flavor that I want. I had a really great experience at the Brewsters today! Antonio is such a sweetheart and was patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted and help me set up a rewards point account as well! From what I could tell, this place is kept very clean and up-to-date!

I’ve given this place 3 chances to live up to the Bruster’s reputation & they failed every attempt! Awful! Hire workers that can communicate professionally & the ice cream is NOT made correctly! How is it they don’t have flavors like all the other locations??? How is it your waffle bowls are STALE & soft??? Just CLOSE THIS STORE OR CHANGE THE NAME!! THEY DO NOT COME CLOSE TO ANY OTHER BRUSTERS!!!

Today is January 3, I went up to Brewsters around 4pm and who every the Young black guy that works there took forever to take my order then once getting to the window, he took even longer to come out and ring me up. It wasn’t until 4:20PM when i finally gotten my order. usually, I have no problems with the employees, but that pacific staff member was terrible. I think he was playing around.

Went through drive thru today. Order two small cups one chocolate raspberry and one coffee well let’s just say I got plain chocolate and a vanilla something looked like pepper flakes in it and it was flavorless terrible experience even left a tip which I now regret !!! Horrible do not recommend!!
