Try there premium ice cream. Take 2 scoops as the price of 1&2 are almost same. Sufficient parking. They give toddler free cone. 4 sitting tables are limited but good. Enjoyed this place.

The two young ladies within the store offered quick and tremendously helpful service even with my inability to make a decision.
There were so many flavours that I was left trying to figure out which one I wanted. My son came to my rescue. We both ordered smalls, and they were so big that I fear seeing a large.
The ice cream was rich and tasty, full of treats and excitement with each bite.
It is worth stopping in!

I brought my family to Bruster’s and we were blown away! The service was excellent and the ice cream was easily some of the best we’ve ever had. Bri went out of her way to make the experience special, taking the time to converse with us and answer all of our questions. Our order was ready almost immediately, and everything was smooth, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend Bruster’s if you’re looking for top-notch ice cream and friendly service!

Sigh…decided to try this place out and what a disappointment. Staff are kids who don’t care about common decency….just rude for no reason. I ordered a fudge brownie sundae. The material is shown in the picture attached. Literally this is how it looked within minutes of picking up my order from the window. A mess all around. Couldn’t even see the different ice cream I ordered. The brownie was hard and not tasteful. Whipped cream looked like it was melted. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location. I’ve been to the Fairfax location and customer service was great and the presentation was good as well.

Wanted to love it. As more ice cream places pop-up, the competition will become tough for them. The strawberry milkshake is on par with McDonald’s. Overall I just didn’t feel it. Will note they are generous with the whipped cream and the presentation of the shake and ice cream was good. Perhaps I will try them again in a few months. Service was great. Saw a comment with social distancing… It appears they are doing their best on that. It’s our job to keep our distance.

I had a very disappointing experience today at the Bruster’s in Ashburn. The employee taking our order couldn’t hear my husband, so he spoke a little louder. The supervisor suddenly accused us of yelling at her “teenage employee” told us to leave, and shut the window in my face. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. This was extremely rude and unprofessional so disrespectful!!! This ruined our Friday night with our kids!! Please train your staff — especially supervisors — to treat customers with respect and handle situations calmly and professionally.
