Very pleased. Outdoor hostess was accommodating and helpful, the food was great and the server was fantastic as well. We had the oysters, hangar steak, beet salad and Brussels app (which was best we ever had being Brussel sprout snobs). Just passing along the small business positive vibes. Well run establishment with respectful and talented people. And we are from the east coast so this was nice to see….Go Laguna….

This place was quite good . The service was great , friendly and always attentive and smiling making me feel comfortable and giving me the best recommendations from their Menu. I ordered Shrimp with Garlic that was delicious , bread on the side to deep on the buttery garlic juices , I also have the salad with mussels. Really good combination . The waiter was really nice and the bartender was very attentive as well when he brought my beer . I can tell they have good management . enjoyed my meal , the nice weather and that tourist vibe when you go places you haven’t been even though we are from Around the Area .. We just love going to Laguna Beach

I like this place the food is good and usually the service is okay but unfortunately the tattooed Mexican server is rude, aggressive and doesn’t understand personal space. Was Interrupting our conversation needlessly and reaching his arm across my face consistently without warning. I think he was mad there was only two of us we weren’t ordering a bunch of drinks and not too much food even though we still spent close to $100.

Food was great went with two family so sampled a lot of the menu. Had the Hanger steak, Ceasar with grilled chicken, Pork Shank, Boeuf Bourguignon and sides. Kids had Mac and cheese, grilled chicken and meatballs. Kids gave a thumbs ups to their food. Service was ok but it was the waitress first day. Missed a few item, brought a few items that we didn’t order. Meals didn’t come all out as one but the food was worth the long wait.

Always solid Belgian fare in a surprisingly European atmosphere. More importantly, a great selection of Belgian brews with correct glassware. There isn’t a more honest restaurant in Laguna. Bonus: Underground so warm in winter and cool during summer!

There is definitely room for improvement. Their specialty is mussels and they have a variety of flavor options for mussels. If you like mussels this is the place to be. If you like Belgium beer, this is the place to be. The staff is okay, not mean but not very friendly, they lack refinement. What we ordered wasn’t great, but it’s an interesting place and would like to revisit to try different mussels. Their bread and butter is good though, the bread came out warm and soft, butter was one of those individually wrapped butter which I looked down on, but had to eat my words because those sweet butter were good with nice warm bread.

This was an interesting place to eat. Tucked in under and around an art gallery, we almost missed it but I’m glad that we didn’t. Laguna is one of my favorite places to visit and this didn’t disappoint.
