I have heard a few people mention Bruno’s so I have been patiently waiting to try it out. I wasn’t disappointed. Plenty of parking. The windows were decorated for Christmas which I liked. It had a great atmosphere from the second I walked in. There is a large mural of NYC on one of the walls and familiar decor in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were playing music from the 50’s and 60’s which brought back memories of getting pizza in NY when I was younger. Right now there is a 10% bonus on gift card purchases. Not sure when it ends.
The pizza was very good. There were lots of delicious looking choices which made it difficult to order. The regular cheese was very good. It had a little bit of sauce that pooled at the bottom when you fold it. That’s when I knew it would be good. The vodka sauce on the Drunken Grandma had lots of flavor. Fresh basil on a pizza never hurts, I also tried the Little Italy which is a white pizza. Topped with lots of Italian herbs and garlic, looking forward to coming back and trying the Chicken Parm Pizza or Buffalo Chicken.

Got take out, it was my first time visiting today. Was really excited to try this place out because their menu is so elaborate – I like that they have so much to offer! But there were some cons. The biggest one being that I paid $23 for shrimp francese with linguine, and when I got home, the damn dish had no linguine. Just 6 pieces of shrimp in some sauce and a piece of bread. They completely forgot my pasta. So I’m annoyed about that. The Drunken Grandma pizza was good, but fairly dry — the vodka sauce was spread very thin, it absolutely needed more. And for a Sicilian-style pizza, wasn’t as doughy as I expected. Also got two slices of chicken Marsala pizza, and it was so salty that we haven’t even finished one whole slice. That was a waste. As far as the staff, girl was super nice and dude with the braids seemed miserable. All in all…..Meh. Check your order to make sure they aren’t missing any of your items before you leave.

We first tried Bruno’s at the San Gennaro feast in Danbury. It was great, we finally ordered from them the first time today and we were not disappointed. Especially the chicken Pacello, Very very flavorful!

Best pizza in the area. I would highly recommend. The owner and staff are all really friendly and I’ve not had bad pizza from them yet. Their calzone and sauce is amazing.

Oh! My! Gosh! Fantastic pizza. Delicious! We ordered a large Con Carne, aka meat lovers – meatballs, sausage, pepperoni and thinly slice Genoa salami. Mmmm! I love the crust. This was a perfect pizza. Thank you Bruno!

Friendly staff. Great place to come for a wide variety of slices. Even have Sicilian if you like the thicker crust. Lots of interesting toppings on slices including penny ala vodka and chicken parmesan

Bruno’s is very middle of the road for its regular pizza, but the speciality pizzas are amazing. Specifically, the buffalo chicken pizza. They call it “world famous” and if it isn’t it should be because it’s awesome.
