I’ve been to Brunos many times over the past 15 years, every time I come to tyler…
This time I brought some friends to share with them.
One of them (in hismid 70s) stated emphatically that his pizza was easily a 10… then he followed that by saying it was the best ham and pineapple pizza he believes he’s ever eaten…

Disappointed about the service and the loaded prices on my bill. The kids dish prices on my bill were more than 20% than the menu. And the disappointment was the staff just said “so sorry, we just haven’t updated the pricing on the menus” and still forced to pay the amount on the bill.
In addition, they did not honor the pricing on the menu for the cheese pizza with 1 ingredient that I asked for – ended up being a separate item on the bill also more expensive.
Food was good, your typical loaded cabs – but unfortunately the service and bill was surprisingly racked up with unexpected pricing.

I came for a slice and left with crust issues — because now no other pizza stacks up.
The toppings were so fresh they had me saying “Olive this place.” The pepperoni was well-rounded (emotionally and physically), the cheese was having a full-on meltdown in the best way, and the sauce? Let’s just say it really kneeded to be recognized.
Every bite was supreme behavior. The crust was perfectly dough-lightful — not too thick, not too thin, just living its best carb life. If loving this pizza is wrong, I don’t want to be ricotta.
Bruno’s didn’t just deliver pizza… they took a slice of my heart. I’ll be back before you can say extra mozzarella.

I love their spaghetti here…BUT my son booked it for his wedding reception in January and they only had one lady as a server. She was sweet and very good…BUT the rented room was pretty full and because of it many of the guests finally got to go boxes. The manager is the one who mismanaged this party. Bruno’s knew this party had been booked for weeks and should have had more organization. I personally think they should have refunded the $100 back to my son that they charged him. Consider that before renting the banquet room.

We’ve always loved going here, never had any issues. But today we were treated terribly by a server. Older lady with a terrible attitude. Waited over 20 minutes for her to show up and when she did she asked me “do you have a problem?”. I guess she was mad that I politely asked somebody else if we could get a server to our table. Won’t be coming back.

I don’t know what it was but I really disliked the sausage here. Tested like low grade meat.
I got the chicken Alfredo and added chicken. The Alfredo was idk, off. I’ll admit Italian isn’t by go to place but I have been to allot of restaurants. Pretty much eat out at least every other day.
My meal was just off taste wise.
The waitress was amazing, table service was good.
The atmosphere is ok, looked clean and taken care of.

The food was cold. My spaghettis looked like they open a tomatoes can and put on top. They forgot our bread and when we asked for them they apologized saying that they were in the oven. They brought them 3 min later and they were cold!! They have to remake the table’s order close to us table and the customers ate a little and left it there. I’d been twice to this location and not coming back. Every time is worst.

Food took a little longer than expected for 3 large pizzas but hadn’t been there to dine in for over a decade other than my last baby shower so I wouldn’t know the typical wait time. Attentive waitress. Good pizza good size.

If you’ve ever had chicken parmesan in New York.. don’t even try it here. It was terrible, and the breadsticks it’s supposed to come with.. ya, they give you a breaded roll, not even close. 2 thumbs down. Terrible. Spaghetti overcooked as well. Visit DoorDash on iPhone and then android.. you’ll find that there are completely different descriptions on food items. Look at chicken parmesan for instance. No consistency. I feel like I completely wasted $40 on something I’m not even going to eat. How sad is that?
