My friends and I ordered three salads from Bruno‘s and they all came in different size boxes, as pictured below. When asking the staff why, the first time they said it was because everyone does it differently. The second time they said it was because of the protein on the salad however, when I got a salad two days ago with no protein, it was in the normal size large box. We are college students and the staff, took advantage of us and was very extremely rude and dismissive. We were also told the food was gonna take 8 to 9 minutes and it ended up taking half an hour. Do not recommend unless you want to get a tiny slice of pizza.

The majority of time nowadays their Pizza is barely done/ fully cooked. Which leaves you having messes like the one that I have attached. This is what happens when you try to finish cooking it on your own and are ill-equipped. As you can see, the pizza looks amazing when done, after 15 minutes of 400° in the oven. So imagine what it look like when I got it from the delivery person.
I am the sole 24/7 caregiver of my bedridden mother who is dying of brain cancer. Every two weeks we have enough money to eat pizza from our favorite place on Fridays and the majority of the time This is what I got to put up with. Shame on them. We have eaten at Bruno’s for 30 years. Today is the last day.
RESPONSE TO REPLY: I called twice to complain and I got three partial refunds from doordash. I can prove this if necessary.

The pizza was good the price was somewhat on a high-end, but overall, I really can’t complain.It was a good Pizza.I got the 10″ cheese pizza and I added , bacon , that was my biggest disappointment , I guess , because of the fact that there was hardly no bacon on my and I paid extra for that!

The employees are always super nice. But, what happened to the pizza there?? It used to be delicious! I just ordered one large cheese pizza for pickup and half of each slice was just dough (no cheese), I didnt even taste any sauce, and there was barely any cheese on it. This has happened the last 2 times I’ve ordered pickup here. And, i ordered a 14″, and it was only 12″…yet i was chearged over $16 for it. I’m very disappointed. I won’t be back.

Pretty confused about the Bruno’s of2025. Pizza identical to the version in 1985! Love that. But 17$ for a 14” cheese pizza. That’s robbery. Pretty much a crime to me. 5$ to 17$. Insane. I was drunk then. Maybe if I were drunk now it would be better.

Have had a love hate relationship with Bruno’s for many many years. Great pizza, horrible customer service and employees. Rude, careless, nasty people. Today I am done with them after they delivered a pizza like this and refused to refund or remake it.

I think the dough saves this from a 1 star review. Honestly, it kinda tastes like gas station pizza now. The crust was good, honestly. Had a nice cook on the bottom. The sauce however , was awful – no spices, no flavor, just kinda tinny tomato taste without anything else added. The cheese was undercooked and the toppings looked sprinkled on after it already was out of the oven. No thanks.

We stopped for an evening meal and ordered two of the pepperoni slices and fried pickles. The pickles were good. The slices seamed like they had been cooked for a while and over done. They did have a good tasting sauce. We wish we had ordered a small pizza that was fresh out of the oven. The service was good.
