Bruno’s Oysters Bar in Winter Garden, Florida, is located on Plant Street. The oysters are perfect to enjoy. The menu also features other mouthwatering dishes, such as crab cakes. Try them once, and you will rave about the crab cakes at Bruno’s on Plant Street, celebrating their perfect balance of tender, succulent crab meat and minimal filler, topped with grilled onions, roasted peppers, and aioli (on or off the bun), and served on a bed of arugula or flat-leaf parsley, with a side of chips, making this dish an irresistibly luscious treat. Bruno’s crab cakes are off-the-charts, earning praise as “absolutely salivate-worthy.” Created and served with smiles and friendly banter from Chef Julia. It’s like a delightful treat for the senses, and it pairs beautifully with their neighbor, Crooked Can, where one can enjoy a variety of wines and their specialty, microbrewery beers. Its innovative flavors and strong community connections set it apart from big commercial breweries, and chatting with Paul makes the experience even more enjoyable. Please pull up a chair, as they go fast. Cheers!!!

We really wanted to love Bruno’s. The staff is lovely and the food itself—specifically the oysters and sandwiches—is excellent. Unfortunately, the logistics fell short. We waited over an hour for our meal, and our oysters sat unclaimed for 30 minutes while we waited. It’s a wonderful concept, but the experience wasn’t consistent enough for a return trip.

I have relocated to Florida from NY over two years ago. For the most part, food here is good, but generic. I could not find Italian food here in Kissimmee to save my life. Being Italian, and from NY, and being a cook myself, my standards are high. My wife and I found Bruno’s a month ago. Well, we are regulars now. I had dinner there on New Year’s Eve, and again last night, can’t wait till Friday to go back. Thank you guys! – Love Bruno’s!!!

I have been here five times over the past three Winters. I have left previous reviews. I don’t know where they have gone. ♂️
This will be my last visit. As much as I enjoy the tasty expensive very small oysters, there is no part of my retirement plan that includes spending $50 (with tip & tax) on a dozen oysters at a counter in a local brewery!
Especially next to two toddlers climbing on the bar stools!
Next time I splurge on $3.50/ea will be a more appropriate venue.
I won’t be wearing shorts. And I’ll be at an upscale venue on a rooftop in an exotic location…

This experience did not start well because I placed my order on the qr code site (like all the booths do) and literally never received a text that my order was ready. After about 25 minutes of waiting we walked up to check if it was ready and the person who was working was very dismissive and said the order was on the counter. Who knows how long it was sitting there since we never got the text that it was ready, and with seafood that is extremely discouraging. Ultimately we were eating our food over 30 minutes later and it was extremely bland. We got the lobster roll and there was no butter, no aioli or anything else that it said it came with except parsley. Not even the roll was buttered and the chips were obviously generic.
Not at all worth the cost, I’ll never order from here again and will recommend people don’t order from here as there are so many better options at Plant St Market!

Hands-down, the best raw oyster bar I’ve been too. My favorite was the Olympic view oysters it’s a West Coast oyster love the salty but fresh taste. Second favorite was a salty marine oyster I believe it’s an East Coast oyster little on the bold salty side. They were so good. No need to add hot sauce or fresh lemon juice. I just ate them raw, Nothing added that’s how good they were. We ordered 2 dozen and we did a variety of all of them and they were amazing. It taste like they just came out of the ocean and was open right in front of us. Seriously the best raw oysters I’ve had in a while took like 30 minutes for us, but the guy was super nice and very informative on all the oysters explaining the different varieties. The beer Florida sunrise is amazing but the elderberry cider is the topping on the cake.
Please give this place a try it won’t disappoint you but don’t come ready to eat the food takes a while. So come to have a few drinks and then wait for your food, but I love the place Will most definitely try this oyster bar out again.

We live close by and wanted to have oysters for dinner. Restaurant looked great on the web. However, the oysters were very small and overpriced for what they were. I felt they should have been in the food court area with the set up as they are counter serve with restaurant prices. Also their tip for counter serve starts at 20% and goes up from there. They do not offer water and said they have no ice. Very disappointed as this experience should have been so much better.

Good oysters, swell room/location, and decent wait time.
Would have been out of my price range if it wasn’t Christmas Holiday.
Otherwise, it was a good Saturday afternoon place.

Fantastic oysters. Great space, hidden in plain sight. Oysters and menu remind me of my experiences in the Cape & New England.
Focus, tight menu keeps things tidy.
