Decided on Bruno’s for New Year’s Eve dinner. We had it delivered with Doordash. And this was an excellent choice. The family absolutely loved the pizzas that we ordered and it was a reasonable time for the delivery. A family friend had their spaghetti and loved it.
It is definitely some of the best pizza we’ve had. So much better than the pizza chains. I do not eat pizza, so I went with the vegetables and then decided to eat them with just the pizza toppings. That made for an excellent dinner for me. I am hoping that maybe one day I can just order some type of a crustless pizza or maybe a pizza bowl. Hopefully this can be an option. So needless to say, this will be our new choice for pizza.

Very nice and clean. Great service. We ordered calamari, chicken fettuccine Alfredo and seafood combo. Salads were fresh and crisp, calamari was cooked to near perfection, Alfredo sauce was good. Tiramasu was smooth and flavorful.

The food was good overall, but the kitchen could improve on firing and timing so that all dishes arrive hot at the same time.
The shrimp fettuccine and espresso martini were both very good. However, the lasagna had to be remade twice. It initially came out cold, and reheating it did not resolve the issue. Cold dishes should be refired rather than reheated unless the guest specifically requests otherwise. After bringing it back a second time, the manager personally prepared it and provided a refund. The final version was excellent and tasted wonderful.

Stopped in on Saturday mid-afternoon for very late lunch / early dinner. Less than 5 tables but they had 2 large groups in the banquet rooms. Our server was very professional and provided excellent service. We had the Veal Parm and Chicken Murphy and both were excellent. My partner said she could cut the veal with a fork and it melted in your mouth. On the menu they clearly stated that the Chicken Murphy is made with jalapenos, the traditional dish is made with peppadew peppers which are sweet with a hint of heat. Wish they would use the peppadew peppers as it would take an excellent dish to the next level. Jalapenos have that bite that does not coincide with Italian dishes. Looking forward to trying more of their menu items.

Overall a good-very good experience! Food was very enjoyable, the building is fantastic* and the service was ok…server needed to come more frequently for drink refills. Lunch was served promptly so we were able to get in/out reasonably. Will definitely return.
*this place would make a great party/rehearsal venue. Before Bruno’s the upstairs area at top of spiral staircase was somewhat tight in space, but it was absolutely beautiful.

My brother took me out to dinner for my birthday. It was a Tuesday night and not busy. We were immediatly greeted and escorted to the table of our choice. Our drink orders were taken and menus given to us. Before leaving we were asked if a soup, salad or other appetizer. The menu contained a wide variety of choices, including vegan, seafood, veal and all the traditonal I talian fare. I ordered chicken parmagan. While the meal was breing prepared we were servesld our salad and homemade bread with olive oil. Our waiter was attentive and friendly without being obtrusive. The chicken, which was served with a generous side of spaghetti covered with tomato sauce, was huge and could easily shared by two people (I took half of mine home for later. It was very tender and tasted delicious. Best I’ ve had in a long time. Great atmosphere that was elegant but casual too. Great place.

So granted, I’m a major proponent of a beige plate, so I can’t speak to the more sophisticated and adult appropriate/typical offerings. I got the chicken parmigiana sub with Alfredo sauce subbed in place of the marinara, with French fries. But, the sub was crispy on the outside and soft bread on the inside, the chicken was juicy and flavorful on the inside and the breading was the right amount of crispy without getting over fried, the Alfredo sauce was excellent. And the fries were perfectly shatteringly crisp on the outside and soft but kind of airy on the inside. Most people can and probably do even eat them without ketchup. They were quite good. I may try a side of Alfredo next time to dip them in if I’m feeling particularly indulgent. (For other beige plate eaters, note that parsley is sprinkled on)
