Went for NYE awhile back (to the restaurant, not sure if that is the same as the cafe) – views are great with the torch parade and the inside is fairly cozy if not perfectly kept up. Food was very mediocre. Talked to some interesting people including Nick Baumgartner’s mom which was a highlight. Not overly impressed by service or management, but it was fun.
