It takes a lot to make me go wild for a burger; however, I must say the Welter Burger was the absolute the best burger I have had in my lifetime. The meat and the fixings were amazing. It all just exploded once you take that first bite. Great size burger and generous portion of fries. And the price is extremely reasonable. This is where I will be eating burger going forward. There are none which can compare to this quality and taste. A HIGHLY recommend! Make Bruisers your next stop. Patrick Zimmerman

Absolutely the BEST burgers and fries in the state!! You won’t find better than this. I have been many times and the people I went with have ordered cheese steaks and other menu items and they enjoyed everything as well. I have wanted to try some of the other items but I always get a burger because they are so incredible I just can’t resist. The servers and bartenders are also very nice and helpful and they helped make my recent birthday even better.

I’ve seen this restaurant mentioned many times on social media, especially regarding recommendations for best burgers. We were in the area today and stopped in for a late lunch. So glad we did because it was excellent. We sat at the comfortable bar and had great service. I didn’t get her name, but the server/bartender could not have been nicer or more attentive. The burgers and fries were delicious. Both cooked perfectly with a fresh bun. Looking forward to returning.

Absolutely handsome down the best burgers I’ve had since moving to Myrtle Beach area. Wife calls be a burger snob. Always flavorful abd cooked to perfection. Nice little spot with amazing staff and food. Not an overwhelming menu they stick to what they’re good at. We’ve had everything one the menu and all are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting an amazing burger.

Reputed to have the best burgers in town but tonight we tried the cheesesteak special and spicy crispy chicken. Wife claims best take on cheesesteak she’s ever had. A little spicy and lots of flavor. The GF bun held up and had a hint of cheese in it. Spicy chicken was very crisp and great flavor. Mama’s chow chow cut the spice.
Great staff and friendly owner (retired police!). Coming up in 4 year anniversary of their opening on Jan 7…stop in.

We finally had the opportunity to try Bruisers Burgers in Surfside…. And it was fantastic.

We originally planned to eat in however my toddler fell asleep so we decided not to wake her and to save everyone from listening to a miserable toddler post a ten minute nap

First, I will say; staff were exceptional (Trinity F.) I stayed in the car with the sleeping kiddo while my ten year old ran in to get a menu. He was the liaison between a sleeping toddler and a take out order. He went in to pay and pick up and said they were all very friendly and treated him kindly.

We decided to try a mix of things. We ordered fresh guac and a queso sauce with nachos. Both dips delicious, and it was plenty. We also ordered a trio of sauces to try.. they gave us their top three and they were all so good (bruiser sauce, truffle mayo and spicy ranch.) For the toddler, we grabbed a grilled cheese and fries (the grilled cheese was huge!) the FRIES were delicious – seasoned and cooked perfectly. The main event was the burgers!!! You could taste that they were made fresh and with love! They were cooked perfectly.. a medium cook and the flavours were amazing. My son had the South Paw (pulled pork burger) and I had the welter which had Swiss and arugula. We were both full after eating HALF of the burger!! Clearly, burgers is their jam – and the hype about this place is well deserved. Very well priced.. all of this food only cost $50…

The only complaint was that we hit traffic on the way home and had to smell the deliciousness, whilst salivating for far too long Give them a try- you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be back again soon!!

The was the most ridiculously good burger I’ve had in a LONG time. Served hot and quick with lots of greasy and messy flavor- in the best way. The fries were crispy.

I don’t know how this burger was only $13.50.

We stopped in here for lunch on Friday, around 12:00. During myrtle beach jeep jam.

I actually found it on google, read the reviews and decided that we had to try it. Absolutely glad we did.

I didn’t catch the bartender’s name, but he also was the singular wager employee running the show when we first got here. He could definitely use a refresher course in service, however, he wasn’t horribly rude, just moderately.

I ordered a cheeseburger with the ghost pepper cheese and pickled jalapenos.Added. i was a little worried that it was going to be too hot but that was not the case period it was very flavorful and absolutely perfect period cooked to perfection. Well, seasoned very fresh tasting ground. Beef loved it carrot, the french fries… perfect.

Absolutely. Will be making this my local burger hangout when i’m in the area.

Bruisers Burgers, nestled in a strip mall along the main drag, offers a casual, beach-themed dining experience. While the décor is inviting, the food and service leave much to be desired.
While the beach-inspired ambiance was fitting for the location, it couldn’t make up for the lackluster service. Our server seemed disinterested and lacked any personality.

When it came to the food, the disappointment was even greater. The hamburger was undercooked and lacked any discernible seasoning. The fries were soggy and flavorless.

Unfortunately, Bruisers Burgers falls short in both taste and service. We would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.

Bruiser’s Burgers in Surfside Beach is a local gem that we can’t recommend enough! My wife and I stopped in for a casual bite, and the cozy atmosphere immediately made us feel at home. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Eric, the owner, even took the time to chat with us and share how Bruiser’s came to be—it’s clear he’s passionate about what he does!

We tried the Mike Bison burger and The Welter burger, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The fresh, hand-cut fries were the perfect addition to our meals.

If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with amazing food and a warm, welcoming vibe, Bruiser’s Burgers is the place to go. Great food, great people, and a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!
