Great spot. Little on the pricey side, but the food was delicious. We had the Philly egg roll, French onion soup and bison burger. The staff was very attentive and move and helpful. Would go again.

Excellent food and service for our late lunch! Really enjoyed the atmosphere here, and they have a great selection of beers. I loved the confit buffalo drumsticks and the brisket cheesteak, and the kale salad was delicious–highly recommend all. Can’t wait to come back for dinner and try the elk meatloaf and braised pork shank.

We had an amazing experience at Bruhaus on Christmas Day! We ordered a burger, a cheesesteak, drinks, and the hummus appetizer, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and the drinks were spot on. What really stood out was the exceptional service—despite it being Christmas Day, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much, Bruhaus, for being open on Christmas Day and providing such a wonderful dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

✨ Beautiful spot, amazing vibe, and service that matches the incredible food. Do yourself a favor and order the confit chicken drummies—after my first bite, the only thing I could say was “what is this sorcery?!” Hands down the best wings I’ve ever had .
Overall, treat yourself to a 5⭐️ experience and don’t miss this gem in a charming little town with stunning views and unforgettable food!

My first time being in crested butte, was towards the end of ski season so evening and nightlife wasn’t the busiest but I definitely wanted to try some local food. Browsed what was open at the time and a recommendation from the hotel lead me to Bruhaus. I definitely enjoy a good beer so I figured this would be a great spot.
Beer selection was abundant with plenty on tap or in bottles. Any beer drinker should be able to find something they would enjoy. Service at the bartop was fantastic, again it was slow season and later in the evening so was not busy but I’d see them being on top of a busy crowd. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable.
Now to the main course, this elk meatloaf!!! My god was this meatloaf amazing! And the glazed carrots as a side was a great touch to a nice comfort food meal. The sauce/gravy on top was very tasty I pretty much wiped the plate clean. The burgers were highly recommended and looked amazing. Although I didn’t have one I would definitely go back to try one.

Regulars to CB and how lovely to have a new yummy place to enjoy! We had the cheese curds, pork shank, and cheesesteak! All were delicious. The atmosphere is also great! What a wonderful addition to the old standbys of CB!

I loved everything about this place! I actually went twice…first for dinner which I loved, then I had to go for lunch to try some of the other items that seemed more “lunchy” to me. Thrilled with both meals! My server was Sidney both times, and she was top notch. Incredible beer selection!

So. Dang. Good. This is the best thing to happen to Crested Butte in a good long while. Everything we got was delicious. The burger is top notch, the buffalo chicken sandwich will make you shimmy, and the brownie dessert.. hot dang. Great beer selection. Great cocktails. Great ambiance. Fire pits. Nice lighting fixtures. Chairs were comfy. Did I mention the cheese curds? Anyway, just go and try it for yourself. You’ll be titillated.

I dig bruhaus for the atmosphere and I feel like the food is fine. My wife and I enjoy it but the prices are outrageously high and I’m not sure all of it is quality after knowing some of their food is sourced from sysco.
Last time we went I had a their brisket cheese steak and my wife had something that’s beyond what I remember respectively our meals were around 25 and 36 dollars. Which is fine I reckon but by the end of our bill we ended up paying $100. This did include a beer and a single fountain drink and it all factored to 75 dollars before tip. So is it worth it? Probably not but when ski season is dead for the year I guess I can see why prices are inflated.

Giving this a 1 star because of how NOT good the food was. Especially for the price. The server and all the back waiters/waitresses were extremely attentive, warm, and welcoming – but the food was actually something I will never recommend to anyone. Our family had the brisket Mac, burger, Biergarten fries, Philly egg rolls, chopped salad, French onion soup, and brisket cheesesteak — no one was happy.
