This place is great! Wonderful and friendly staff elevated the experience. Shout out to Ryne, Kayla, and Louis for their great service. Ryne was able to help me pick out a bagel flavor, which was helpful as I hadn’t been here for a few years. Coffee was fresh, hot, and delectable. Keep up the amazing work!

Service is top notch. Greeted quickly with smiles. Bagels were fresh made this morning. Not tough or too chewy. I got a lunch sandwich and it was delicious. Only took off one star because all the tables had crumbs on them. They were busy and had people in and out quickly, but someone needs to go around with a rag.

I never heard of this place until we looked up breakfast places in the area and we decided to go check them out. I’m glad we did the bagels are very yummy and fresh. The twice baked hashbrows was ok. Only because mine was very cold when I got it which was a let down. But I’m sure if it was fresh, It would’ve been yummmy. Place was very busy but the experience was smooth. I would def go here again. We ordered the Smokehouse Brisket and Farmhouse Bagel with 2 twice baked.

Haven’t been to this location in a long time went to get in line to order like I always have and sat there for five minutes with not one person speaking to me. There were four employees standing behind the counter, chatting, even making eye contact, but not one person greeted me or helped me. It was a couple of Hispanic girls, a girl with a bull nose ring, and a white man with Cruella Deville hair (half white half black). I went up and asked about service and they told me I needed to go to the register. I went there and waited and decided to leave and go elsewhere. You can watch the cameras. I am the one in the pink sweatshirt and will not be returning. 12/19/25 9:20 am or so.

Dinning room still not open? What’s up with that? Also, depending upon time of day, their wait times vary considerably. Today the line was out the door. Nobody should have to wait 20 minutes or more for coffee and bagels. Hire more staff. Pay/treat your staff decently so they are incentivized to work for you. Problems solved.

You would think when you order a bundle that allows you to choose the bagel type and if you want cream cheese. Ordered a half dozen plus a few, picked all mine out, only 50% of the bagels was what I wanted AND NO CREAM CHEESE. Now we have to hold back meetings since we don’t have what people can have (allergies) and no one wants a plain bagel with no spread. I hope the see this and my order name is the same as my name on this review. I will be asking for a refund. Employee as well just out of it not rude but not welcoming.

I ordered an egg sandwich ahead in the app and showed up around 12:30 on Wednesday and was really impressed with the staff there! My sandwich wasn’t quite ready when I got there which I was expecting because I had just ordered a few minutes prior, but the staff was very friendly and kept me updated on my order the whole time and even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. I really appreciated the service and I was out the door in no time with a piping hot egg sandwich.
