Dinning room still not open? What’s up with that? Also, depending upon time of day, their wait times vary considerably. Today the line was out the door. Nobody should have to wait 20 minutes or more for coffee and bagels. Hire more staff. Pay/treat your staff decently so they are incentivized to work for you. Problems solved.

We have been going to this location for years. The staff have always been amazing–helpful, fast, and friendly. Unfortunately, for the past few months, every time we go in, the bagels are way overcooked, even burnt at times. On two occasions we have even left to drive across town to a different bruegger’s location. I tried going again today and it was no different. I wasn’t able to get all the flavors I wanted because some of them looked really bad. We are so disappointed because we want to support this location!

I ordered an egg sandwich ahead in the app and showed up around 12:30 on Wednesday and was really impressed with the staff there! My sandwich wasn’t quite ready when I got there which I was expecting because I had just ordered a few minutes prior, but the staff was very friendly and kept me updated on my order the whole time and even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. I really appreciated the service and I was out the door in no time with a piping hot egg sandwich.

May be the best Brueggers franchise ever? The staff and management are hilarious and amazing and even though the lines are sometimes long (a testament to a loyal customer base), it’s a pretty speedy process and the sandwiches have never disappointed. Blueberry bagel with salmon lox and cream cheese. Try it. It’s awesome.

I never heard of this place until we looked up breakfast places in the area and we decided to go check them out. I’m glad we did the bagels are very yummy and fresh. The twice baked hashbrows was ok. Only because mine was very cold when I got it which was a let down. But I’m sure if it was fresh, It would’ve been yummmy. Place was very busy but the experience was smooth. I would def go here again. We ordered the Smokehouse Brisket and Farmhouse Bagel with 2 twice baked.

This store is doing a great job. I keep coming back, and find it’s consistently clean, the food is fresh and the staff is REALLY doing a great job with customer service. Its so nice to be greeted with a smile and kindness. Kudos to management for responding to online reviews! Let’s get your dining room back fully open! We’ve come on several Saturdays, and i believe the manager is usually working the register. He has always been phenomenal whenever we have been in. Offers my 2 year old a cookie and makes sure all customers are well taken care of.

Expect long waits at almost anytime they’re open. Ordering ahead theorist’s would help, but their app is worthless. I’m already 10 minutes into waiting online and the line has moved by two people. The employees try, but something is wrong here. Did is good, once you get it.

Albert, the manager, is awesome and friendly. And they were making fresh bagels while we were waiting in line. The bagels were still warm.
